    pre-ordered from alien rides for a total of $3700. all I received was an automated confirmation of purchase email the next day. more than a month goes by with no communication. I email on a Friday to ask for an update. Monday comes and no response. I call and ask why they can't answer emails within 72 hours after a purchase this big. I was so angry I hung up. then they falsely reported my purchase as fraud through *******.

    Purchased a 4k scooter and the company did not update the software before delivery and the update messed up the scooter therefore not working and not the company want me to fix the problem on my own

    Biggest rip-off ever and the poor customer service is just the cherry on top. I walked away feeling insulted and robbed. I brought my scooter in for repair. I needed the fender and rear tire replaced. They advised it would be $225 ($125 + 100) for labor only as I brought the parts in. I told them that a new scooter would run me about $500. There was a small squeaky noise coming from the back tire as well - I said if this is something that needs repairs please call me before doing work, with your prices I might as well get the new scooter if fixing the sound would cost me more. The guy said no problem we will call or text you if anything is discovered before repair. I received a call the same day that it was fixed. After riding it 0.5 miles or less there was a newer unbearable sound. I emailed them a video less than an hour after leaving there. The first thing they said was it wasn't us. With a little pushback and a reminder of the convo I had with them at drop-off, they advised me to bring it back. Low and behold they admitted their technician did not place something correctly. Again I left and less than 0.5 miles later the sound is back. I was advised to bring it back as and told no worries they would get it resolved since the new sound was not happening when I dropped it off the first time. It seemed to be a bent rotor. Well, it looks like that was a lie. After 3 incorrect fix guesses on what problems they could have caused with my scooter the new sound is here worse than ever and it just doesn't work the same. I was told I would need to pay another $100 for a part and $150 for the labor repair on a motor/bearing. Save yourself the trouble and listen to the bad reviewers. Most of their good reviews probably come from fleets and solicited reviews. I'm sure they will have a rude response to this. It's expected, I just took the time in hopes that I'll save another EV rider from a horrendous and expensive experience.

    -Date of transaction was July 18, 2024 -amount spent $1553.40 -company committed to provide warranty for 2 years and suspension warranty for over 6 months. I've gone and contacted to which they sent one without quality checking it. Suspension came with no rebound damping resulting in a pogostick affect almost throwing me off my unicycle. And appon reaching out again about the delema they don't get back to me at all they require video evidence to any claim and I've provided everything they asked. They'll request viewing my ****** drive videos with all the explanation I can provide but not a single reply to them at all. Seems like they don't want to honor their own warranty being that I'm close to being out of it prolonging a reply

    I bought an electric unicycle from alien rides less than one year ago. There is a know issue with these unicycles where a control board ***** out and the wheel will balance but not charge. The battery voltage is fine. I have contacted alien rides who keeps giving me vague directives and are slow to respond if at all. They keep Asking me to check the voltage and im not an electrical engineer and they havents told me where or how to check it safely and these are high voltage items.

    I talked to them about a scooter that they misinformed me about. Wasn't the scooter I wanted they would not cancel order I called *** to cancel shipping they told *** not to cancel I didn't sign f I r scooter no there trying to charge me 700 dollers because of there employees don't know the product im not paying 700 dollars for something I didn't want. This is how they run business complete scam.

    Hello, 

    We kindly gave customer all up front information about the scooter in question prior to purchase. As you can see in the first screenshot, we clearly tell the customer that the scooter they were referring to was a 3 year old model, and that the product they were purchasing was an upgraded model with similar specs, but with a larger frame and chassis due to the larger battery. The customer here then replies with "Thanks for your time, can't wait to get it before snow" 

    We then ship the unit out on November 22nd. As you can see in the screenshot, it cost us $364.10 to ship the scooter to the customer. Two days after the scooter leaves our facility, on Nov 24th (See screenshot) the customer gets cold feet and starts yelling at us that we gave them false information and says they want to cancel their order. We kindly tell the customer that if they want to cancel, they can reject the delivery of the shipment (as to not pay shipping costs back to us), and then our standard processing fees for returned items apply.     Original tracking number for the scooter is here: 1Z03FW044238951148 via **** You can see from the tracking timestamps that the item left out facility far before the customer decided to go ballistic and changed their mind. 

    Attached is also a screenshot of the transaction and refund which we gave the customer, which follows our return policy of restocking fee (10%) plus the cost of the shipping to the customer. 

    Even after we have provided evidence to the customer showing them that they did not cancel before it was shipped, they refuse to listen to us and think otherwise. Please review this case and let us know if you have any other questions regarding this incident. I believe that we, as a company, were very up front with the customer regarding the product and policies that we follow.

    I am rejecting this response because: I wanted the 3 year old model and **** told me it was that model then doing research. I discovered new version  is 59 pounds heavier and much slower. **** lied to me. Said it was same as 3year old scooter in videos. I didn't mind paying for restocking fee. But I shouldn't  have to pay for delivery fees. I tried to cancel order before it  left warehouse I called *** and they said alien rides would not cancel order. Shipping could of been stopped. But that's how they Rip people off. They came me false information. **** trying to cover his **** because he screwed up.they at least owe me delivery money back because they lied.and won't stop order.

    We just did not receive the cancellation request in time. **************** is separate from shipping and we were unable to stop it before it left. I would have much rather stopped this from going out as the box was destroyed by the time we got it back. I'm sorry we were unable to respond and cancel the shipment in time. We would discount a future vehicle purchase for you if you do decide to get something from us.

    I bought a charger from them. The charger was defective. I went online and got on their online chat. No one ever responded to me I checked bay several times a day for 3days. I then tried to call them. The first time there was no answer the second time a few days later I was told to contact through email. I did get a red and it was you are 14 days outside of our return policy Itsles 5dayd fit it to get here and they are not open on the weekends. I tried several times to contact then then didnt respond untill I went through email. I have been trying to get a new charge board from them and they wont reply back. So now I am stuck with 2things purchased from than that dont work.

    $1,213.38 for a ************* electric unicycle. I purchased the ************* on November 21 2022. I received on November 25 2022. Upon arrival everything looked to be new unopened. Unpacked the electric unicycle and turned it on. Had to push the power button 5 times to unlock travel mode to go for a ride. As I was riding with my girlfriend the electric unicycle gyroscope cut out and flew me to the pavement injuring my right wrist elbow and shoulder. Since then I powered the Begode on with less than 5 miles on the unicycle and the gyroscope is not working and the back lights dont work. Tried pressing power button to *************** mode but it doesnt work. Contacted alienrides without a response. I asked to return for my money back even if they charge a restock fee for the defective product. Let them know I dont want to exchange as ** in fear of getting back on after being thrown off. If they have another product Id be willing to do that as well. My order number was ****. Tracking Number 1Z03FW044225864829. If you could help resolve my problem I would greatly appreciate it.
