This company is horrendous! It took 15 days and multiple unanswered messages with the final message being a refund request before getting a response. FINALLY a clinician prescribed a regimen on day 15. The order was in process for 5 days and then canceled with no communication or explanation as to why. I have sent numerous messages with no response. It is now 22 days since they charged my card and still nothing. Seeing all the other reviews Im sure they will tell me to message them in app. Why!?!? You dont respond!Nurx

For 2 weeks I've been trying to get my usual birth control (Nuvaring) and Nurx has been slow to respond and now does not respond at all. They asked if I wanted it sent to my local pharmacy to get it "ASAP" and when I said yes they canceled my order, sent no prescription, and have not replied to my messages in 3 days. Complete waste of time and money.Nurx

Please dont use this company. The acne medication does not work and the customer service is horrible. It is truly a waste of money. And I never been more disappointed with how I was treated by this company.Nurx

I always ran my prescription through insurance. This time I noticed my insurance card images that I uploaded disappeared so they didnt run my medication through insurance and just charged me $45.00. I get this medication free through my insurance and will absolutely not pay $45.00 for it. I have called and messaged them and no response. Thats ridiculous to just charge someone like that. Especially given my payment history you can see Ive clearly never paid $45.00 for it and have always used insurance. I want my money back and my prescription ran through insurance if anyone would actually respond.Nurx

Ive been trying to get birth control for 3 weeks now. No one ever responds to me - if I do get a response its automated and does not address my questions. Ive gotten birth control for free with my insurance for over 5 years and now Nurx is telling me that I have to pay out of pocket despite having the same insurance ive always had. Ive asked to cancel the prescription & explicitly stated I do not authorize any charges to my card for the prescription and Im getting no response. This service is unreliable and the communication is terrible. ***** because it has the potential to be something really good but instead its just another money sucking company that leads on false advertising.Nurx

When I saw advertisements for NURX, I thought it was a great idea and hopped on board. I wish I hadnt. The people working there are very sketchy and nothing gets handled properly or promptly!! No one seems to know what they are doing and thats scary when its medication that can drastically affect your body. They have sent me the wrong prescription and ignored my insurance notices too many times. Also you will get told multiple different things and never a straight a answer. One person will answer your question, then another will answer the same question in a totally different way that will contradict the first response. DO NOT USE NURX!!! They do not have your best interest in mind. I regret ever signing up with them.Nurx

I will not use Nurx to get acne medication again. It took one month to receive 1 of 2 topical medications. It took minimum 7 days to receive a response back from any message I sent and then there were mistakes in what they wrote back to me, e.g. saying that they were shipping out a different medication than requested/recommended. I finally got the 2nd topical cream from my regular doctor (which I should have done in the first place). Now I'm afraid that Nurx will **** my credit card for a medication I don't need anymore, even though I messaged them...there's no way for me to remove my credit card info from my Nurx online account! I may have to cancel my credit card and get a new one :(Nurx

Charged my card multiple times for amounts we did not speak about. Had an order shipping for 11$ but same day I got a message about it was going to be 500$. So they cancelled the original order, placed a second order without insurance which would be 45$ said it was shipped 13 days ago and it just said **** awaiting item. Waste of time. Won't let you cancel online.Nurx

Nurx is the absolute worst. If NO stars were an option that's what I would give them. I needed birth control to stop my period for my honeymoon. I explained this in my initial email. They still wanted to send me three (3) months worth of birth control. I called and complained so they addressed my concerns and sent me 30 pills to try prior to my honeymoon to make sure I could tolerate the pill. The prescriber told me to send them a message after I tried it and they would send me 30 more pills for my honeymoon. I sent a message on Sunday and got an email letting me know they were shipping me three (3) months worth of birth control and charging me $45.00. I once again immediately sent them a message letting them know that's not what I needed. I let them know REPEATEDLY this was a one time prescription for my honeymoon. After sending numerous messages and calling them, I got a notification that three (3) months of birth control was shipped today and my card was charged. I am going to throw the birth control away and unfortunately go to another provider to get what I need. I basically just burnt $45.00. They are absolute scammers. I strongly advise people to go with another service.Nurx
