      Lyft time and time again shows that youre just another driver. None of their policies help/protect/incentives the driver. They have different tiers which you can reach to receive different benefits, but I was recently told they dont matter. They give away your scheduled rides and continuously show a blind eye to their policies. Awful business model and it needs to get fixed. This is someone who has driven with them for 6 years and will be switching over to Uber.

      I wish I could leave negative stars. I had a ride home from a show and my driver made a disrespectful comment regarding my husband and his physical condition that has been altered since his stroke. He muttered within my earshot "He's so slow. He's holding me back. He better hurry up. " I wasted hours on customer support chat who kept saying trite, meaningless things like,, "We're so sorry... This isn't how we want our customers to be treated.. " This person has been financially compensated for being disrespectful!! That's wrong!! I don't care if there might be a "policy" regarding refunds and that's got to be addressed!!! I chatted with a person on ******* and they offered an insulting $5 off my next ride. As if I'm going to use them again!! I'm going to take this everywhere I can and hopefully I can get my money back.

      A company full of thieves. They had no problem taking money from my bank card to load Lyft cash onto my account but when I try to pay with the Lyft cash, OR with debit card.. they tell me I need a second card under my name?? I wish I knew that before they took my money because I only have one card. Apparently the Lyft cash is non refundable.. but I also cant use it to pay for a ride?? Because my card needs to be verified.. but you also took money from my card already so essentially I downloaded Lyft, spent an hour figuring out the app and payment stuff, gave you $25.. and am now being told they cant do anything lovely way to run a company idiots honestly. Not everyone has multiple bank card, and if you can take my money for Lyft cash why cant you take my money for rides? Like this makes zero sense

      Charged 3.35$ even when driver cancelled ride!Was waiting at designated pick up spot N2 at JFK for pick up. ****** sends message saying he is "there" but no sight of him. Asked the Ride app assistants on location and they advise that drivers frequently pull a "fast one" trying to get the passenger to cancel and claim cancellation charges. Got charged 50 bucks which I disputed with Apple Card. Got charged another 3.35$ subsequently saying it is for cancellation Can you imagine how much in illegal fees Lyft is collecting from riders ?

      Worst ride sharing app Ive ever used. Constantly has problems and never seem to get any help from support. And whenever I have it's nothing but terrible snotty attitudes like they can do no wrong and don't even offer to compensate me if i miss time from work because of them which has happened multiple times. They're also incredibly overpriced and pay their drivers absolute garbage while raking in as much as they can in profits! Absolutely DISGUSTING COMPANY!

      I had a Megabus scheduled to leave today at 6:00 AM. I booked a Lyft to take me to the bus stop at 5:20 A.M. However, the driver cancelled. I called another right after around 5:32 A.M., the app said he was 1 minute away. The driver then began to drive the opposite direction and just stood there for 8 minutes. At this point it was 5:40 and my bus stop is 15 minutes away so I decided to call another Lyft and the driver just stood at his location until 5:48. I gave up because I was definitely going to miss my bus. This was not *******'s fault as I failed to reach the stop. This was Lyft's fault as they failed to provide me with the service of reaching my bus stop. I asked to be reimbursed for my trip that I spent $99 on. Lyft said that this was not their fault and refused to reimburse me. Very unprofessional.

      My driver robbed me, and stole all my luggage. Including my computer, my purse, my jewelery. This app isnt safe for women. And Lyft wont help at all, they wont even give the license plate number to the police for the report. Even though you can see the license plate when you match the person, but disappeared after drop off . Lyft doesnt care about its customers. They didnt even refund my ride after I was robbed.

      Lyft customer service is terrible for citibikes. I am being charged for a stolen bike when I had taken all of the necessary precautions on my side to make sure that the bike was properly docked and the missing bike is due to negligence from Lyft due to their malfunctioning technology. When I explained this to customer service they had nothing else to say except for a repeating message that if the bike is not returned by a certain time I would have to pay a lost bike fee. This service is horrible, their equipment is broken and they expected me to have to pay for their broken equipment

      I had a bad experience with Lyft this morning driver was falling asleep and I contacted Lyft and I was requesting a refund for unsafe driving and I was told since I completed the ride my request is denied.
