On June 29th my daughters discord account was wrongfully suspended through no fault of her own over a photo of a cartoon food from a video game her and her friend play. Discord stated she "broke their child safety rule" by sharing said photo but they refuse to disclose what aspect of this photo breaks their rules. It is a photo of a dilapidated foot from a video game called roblox. 2 months ago she reached out to them trying to clear up the matter and nobody responded. 2 days ago she filed another report and the response was "they confirmed it violated their terms of service" yet they haven't explained exactly why a video game foot is a violation. They do not answer their social media pages because I myself have reached out to them via ********* Instagram and ******* but to no avail. My child was unfairly targeted by whatever technology they use to scan photos and instead of admitting they were wrong in their initial assessment they refuse to reinstate her account regardless of the fact she has NEVER had an previous issues or violations on her account.Business Response

I'll be taking up another complaint with another agency as this is wrong on multiple levels and due to the lack of communication as to what was specifically done for this action to be warranted I feel this is just out of spite and retaliatory for proving them wrong.

I am rejecting this response because: Discord is bot even adhering g to their own posted rules and regulations. According to your own terms of service it states you may not send sexually suggestive images of YOURSELF to another user.My daughter did not send any sexually explicit photos of herself to another user, she sent a photo of a deformed foot from a character in a game played on Roblox.
You can see the image is taken from a computer screen and you can clearly see the foot in question is a pixilated image.
What the photo is not is of an actual photo of my child's foot, that is of course unless discord thinks my child is bigfoot

I have reported discord servers that have been involved with doxxing my personal identity as well as individuals who have been spreading defamation concerning my real name and work place. I have also found a discord server dedicated to harassing me, organizing doxxing and SWAT attacks as well as bombing threats. They have already spread my personal details such as addresses on these discord servers and recently I have been getting death threats. Discord has DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to address this. I and my friends have reported the users as well as discord servers in question yet nothing happens. One of the people, under the username alphafight8, has been spreading defamation. He is a US resident. Discord is allowing him to post defaming remarks as well as make alternative accounts to spread harassment. I am looking to file a lawsuit on this user as they have made confirmed defamatory that has greatly impacted my career. Discord is allowing this to be on their platform especially when they say no doxxing and threats. They have allowed it. My username is @yummyvhs. Im expecting to talk to an ACTUAL representative at discord who I can talk to and show all of the details regarding these threats. Discord limited my account for the offense of updating my email address. Their FAQ said I couldn't join new servers or send DMs for a couple days. It stated the red banner at the top of my account was the indicator. I wrote in to them and they told me to wait the 2 days. I wrote in because on top of not being able to join servers or send private messages, I couldn't send messages in any servers at all. They ignored me when I inquired. Over 2 days have passed. The red banner is gone. My account is still restricted though and I'm unable to set any messages in any servers still. I inquired with them again, and they sent me a copy paste reply not acknowledging anything I had said. Judging by other complaints against them, they never actually reply to anybody and just copy and paste replies. This is absolutely horrible service, I'm unable to use my account at all and I did nothing wrong and can't even talk to a competent person. Probably just getting a bot reply so far.Business Response

I had my discord account hacked on June 29th after a few people in my DMs tried to impersonate discord support staff and I unfortunately fell for their tactics and changed the email and I was locked out. I luckily didnt send them any money, however they did take money from my discord account because I was subscribed to nitro on a monthly basis and they were buying nitro gifts (3 in total) Discord support was not responding or being helpful in any way to all my tickets about the hacked account which by the way I have all the evidence I owned that account as I was taking screenshots of the conversations on the account before it was hijacked, which used to be under the email ************************* before the hackers told me to change it to another email they provided, so I had to file a chargeback with my bank as a last resort and got my money back. Months go by and discord support will continue to keep closing all my tickets about trying to recover my account, the scammers already did enough damage by changing my account information to a fake support username and tried to scam my friends and now that account is deleted and possibly gone forever since the account now says Deleted User, and also trying to reset my password with my phone number (which is still attached to my hacked account) I had 2FA enabled previously, now says the account is banned til next year, which by the way is the direct actions of what the hackers have done to my account and ********************** is not doing anything at all to help lift the ban and return my account back to me even with provided email before it got changed and screenshots.Business Response

My Discord account was hacked, and I need your help to get discord to restore it. I have evidence, including screenshots from 2021 and statements from people who can confirm my account ownership. Hackers changed the associated email to one they control. I'm providing my original email and have people willing to vouch for me.
