I operate a small independent website. Around 06/21/2024 I received a warning from my website provider about exceeding my traffic bandwidth for the month. When I reviewed my traffic logs traffic from OpenAI/gptbot had accessed my website thousands of times over the course of a few days using nearly all 10GB of my allotted traffic.06/21/2024 I reached out to OpenAI via their customer support ********/**/*************************** responded and instructed me how to block them from scraping my website in the future. 06/29/2024 I responded and requested they remove my copywritten data from their training models.06/29/2024 I received a response that informed me of information retention periods, but they did not address removing the data that was already scraped.07/01/2024 I responded that I believe they had misunderstood my question, and clarified that I'm requesting the data that was already scraped be removed from their systems. The same day, OpenAI responded with information on how to opt-out of of chat content and chat history, which was not related to my request and did not address my question. I responded again with more clarification that I'm requesting the data that was already scraped be removed from their systems, and that I'm not asking about any of their chat apps.I received no follow-up to my email on 07/01/2024, and on 07/06/2024 asked for a follow-up to my original request. As of 07/13/2024 they have not responded to or addressed my complaint that they have scraped copywritten data from my website without consent. My concern is that this company has used all of my website traffic, which I pay for, to steal my data without my consent so that they can train their models and make money from my work. On top of that, I seem to have no control over how they store, use, or profit from the scraped data, and they refuse to acknowledge or resolve the problem. All I'm asking is that they remove my website data and send me confirmation of the action.

The company is forcing me to do a captcha with 1 of 20 screens; I am disabled and elderly. I have a history of zero abuse, and my bill is paid. I am already logged in, and it works fine; out of the blue, today, it says I need to do a captcha while I'm already logged in.
