    They were good for a while. But then they just decided to remove me from the ENTIRE project. The support is a complete JOKE. The admins are RUDE. They give you basically no rights. They owe me for several referrals and now they work under the name of Outlier. This was my main source of income. They owed me for several tasks from months ago. Hundreds of dollars. They also will misclassify you as a contractor when really you should be considered an employee since we are using their strict rules and doing their training and paid hourly and there is no set end time. I was let go for not using their proper tools, so if I am actually a contractor, that means I would have to use my OWN tools. They are so hard to deal with. This is NOT a low stress job. They will just ignore your concerns. Terrible terrible management.

    On 5th January ****, Remotasks suspended my account an on trying to create a dispute to challenge the decision they didn't offer me any explanation or reply. My Remotasks account was under the Gmail account ********************* It had more than 800$ which I believe should be paid since I had really worked for it.

    I've contacted remotasks about someone using my dl for verification to get tasks which will come back on me in taxes for wages I didn't recieve. They won't even respond and I've attempted to reach them multiple times in the last month or two.

    Started working on Remotasks at the end of April 2023 as domain expert on the Bulba project run by ********, for travel and transportation and Marketing and sales. I am a ** citizen born and raised but I currently live in *****. There was no indication anywhere that this would be a problem. I started working about 10 hours a week at $25 an hour.By July I was promoted to a reviewer for good quality work increasing pay by 10%. I regularly got performance and quality bonuses. I was making roughly $1,000 to $1,200 a month. By ******** was promoted to an elite project and even made a reviewer where only about 35 of the best of the best taskers on the project of thousands were reviewing this elite project.Things were going well and I was led to believe my work was good and valued I was always in communication with TSMs for the project and other taskers on Slack asking and answering questions to improve my work and others. At this point, I felt confident to make a step to leave my primary job and go to work full-time as a ****** on these projects. At the beginning of November 2023, I put in 2 months' notice for my regular job. Just a week before I was contacted by remotasks recognizing my work and asked to apply for a TSM so all seemed well on my account.On December 19th, 2023 I had a problem with my laptop charger. I logged in to Remotasks with my wife's laptop. The next day I got an email saying my account was suspended for violation of the Terms of Use. I contacted them immediately to appeal this, but I did not get any response until January 4th, ****. The response was that my case was reviewed and the suspension is irreversible but they could not tell me why. This left me flat on my face after leaving a job without access to income and any explanation from the company. I do not believe I maliciously violated any terms of service. I think that my case should have better been reviewed and I think I was discriminated against by my location.

    I worked for remotasks on their project from 12/14/2023 to 01/07/2024, I spent my valuable time to work on the project that they assigned me, I used to recieve payments every wednesday for the previous week. Unitl when they closed my account when I did not violate any of their guidelines. They refused to pay me the money I worked for between 01/01/2023-01/07/2023. Kindly help me resolve this so that I can recieve my payment.

    I completed multiple assessments for this company and multiple tasks that I was not paid for. They owe me $150 for the assessments and $50 for the tasks I completed.

    Couldn't even get my name right in email correspondence. Responded, telling the company I would no longer seek out opportunities from a platform that is clearly a scam. My name is ****** ******** but Remotasks emails contininually referred to be as ***********************. That is no where close to my name and is no where on the application/onboarding paper work I filled out.***BEWARE!!! THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLY SKETCHY! PROTECT YOUR TIME AND PERSONAL INFORMATION AND AVOID IT IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY ENGAGED WITH THESE CRIMINALS***

    I have a remotask account registered and verified using my number. However, to my shock, my account was suspended on claims that I had violated their term of use. What's surprising is that I had not yet finished training section. Despite filling an appeal with the necessary department, I haven't heard from them in two weeks.I am seeking to have my account reinstated fully so I can commence working.

    Worked as a contractor for them and was disabled for "GPT usage" when I handwrite every bit of work I've done for them. Now they are withholding my payouts.
