Tally was sold as a service to help pay your credit cards if you pay Tally. Now they do not provide that service and only collect on your debt to tally. This just caused another layer of debt with an ever-higher interest rate. This is clearly in breach of their terms and services.

Tally failed to inform me about their business closing down. As a result, I was charged late fees on credit cards that they promised to cover every month. I never received an email, call or text about this I had to do the research myself. They notified me that they cant disclose anything to me and they do not know whats going to happen with my credit and debts but some company will be taking over. Which I was never informed about nor agreed too.

Enrolled in program and per the terms of the agreement company was to "snowball" debt applying payments to highest interest cards and then repeating the process as each card was paid off. While company only reports to one credit bureau the subsequent minimum payments made to other existing accounts only served to maintain high debt to available credit ratio thereby keeping score in fair range. Furthermore, per agreement one of my credit cards carried a *****% rate yet was not prioritized as first card to be paid. Tally exercised predatory lending standards by increasing their own interest rate to keep pace with financial markets and only seved to enrich themselves anx increasimg credit lines placing me in further obligation to them and placing othwr consumers in further debt as now they have to continue to pay Tally as well as their other obligations. I have paid off my Tally balance as of today and would be interested in any class action suits that may be filed for their business practices and sudden closure which has impacted 1000's of customers.

Tally cancelled the automatic credit card payments that I set up, and now everything is past due. I never received any communication regarding their decision to shut down.

When I started working with this company they were impossible to contact. I would call and the people would not be able to help me. I was told to email them and would wait days/weeks for a response. They told me I would need to set up a new email account to do business with them. They paid an account of mine in full that I did not authorize which put me over 4K in debt. This is a company that was supposed to help with consolidating debt and they did the exact opposite. Fast forward to last month when I received an email that they are closing the business and cant even do what I signed up with them for. Why should I continue to pay for a service I am no longer getting.

In the beginning Tally was the best option for me to handle my $10k+ credit card debit. It was a very smart app to use and helped me focus less on my debt and credit card payments on time. Once I received an email stating that Tally lost its investors it went downhill pretty fast. I was told I would be locked into an automatic monthly payment to pay off my Tally debt at 25% interest!!! Absolutely ridiculous to demand this from people who were using this app as a way to get out of their credit card debt. So now, not only am I back to managing my own credit card payments and back to the monthly minimums, I now have to pay $300 EXTRA a month because Tally failed us. Seems like a breach in contract if you ask me. Not my problem the company lost their investors, you continue to stomp down on people who were already down in debt. Thanks to Tally I am back living paycheck to paycheck. AWESOME.

I received the same email on 12/5/23 from Tally explaining that their funding was pulled and therefore Id not only have to continue to paying back my Tally+ balance in full, but ALSO pay back the credit card payments that I had originally attempted to consolidate using Tally as well. The entire point of their service was to give consumers a way out of credit card debt, not add MORE debt. They completely misled consumers and didnt consider the worst case scenario circumstances when they took millions of dollars worth of funding. Now Im in more debt than I started and my credit score has plummeted all thanks to Tally.

My interest rate increased without any notification right as Tally was closing for business. It started at *****% and now it's *****%. In June, it went up to *****% (again, with no communication) and now the "app" says it's *****%, yet "Tally" still expects me to pay them even though they're shutting their doors and likely selling off their debts yet they broke their agreement to the customer by not being able to use the service as agreed (pay off credit cards). You can no longer contact support; you get a canned email reply.

Tally explicitly went against the signed user agreement that we had upon opening an account with them. I was told that by making payments above minimum each month, I'd be retaining a low interest rate- 3-14%. Which would help me get out of credit card debt faster. Tally is a predatory lender, and a scam. They start to pay off your cards for you and then out of no where tell you its nothing you did, but we are no longer going to service your cards. Now you have to pay off your credit cards on your own on top of paying us back and your balance will accrue daily interest. They never actually respond to emails. The **** found that Cross River Bank "engaged in unsafe or unsound fair lending compliance practices. And the bank is now under a consent order to address and remediate these issues. Im not sure if everyones Tally line of credit was from this bank. Here is the link to the article, which also has a link to the consent order *************************************************************************************** (***************************************************************************************) I have no idea how it works with Tally servicing the credit care of Cross River but given that trying to work with Tally seems pointless.
