    Refund of $2500 Security Deposit Tillful appears to be a fraudster!!!!I had reached out to the company multiple times without success regarding the refund of my $2500 security deposit. I initially requested the cancellation of my secured business credit card ( I personally guaranteed using my earned and hard working $2500 that the company deducted from my checking account ) which had a zero balance at the time of closure, on June 13th 2024 . Despite my numerous attempts to follow up with THEM by emails and phone ( see attachments ) have not received any callbacks or email responses, except for an automatic confirmation that my request was received weeks after weeks. I am unsure if the lack of response is due to their staffing issues or technical difficulties, but this situation is unacceptable. I am requesting the immediate refund of my $2500 security deposit that I PERSONALLY paid. If I do not receive a prompt response, I will be compelled to take legal action.This delay is highly concerning, and I hope for a swift resolution.Sincerely, El drame Acct: ***********

    I have a secured business credit card with Tillful. I have emailed numerous times and called and only get a voicemail and never get a call or email back. I am trying to cancel my TillFul Credit Card and get my security deposit sent to my Business Address on file. Can someone please contact me or do I need to take this another direction? This is the worst customer service ever, no one ever answers the calls nor emails back. Very bad business.

    I paid the business a $1,000 security deposit for my credit card. I maintained in good standing with the business until they advised that they were switching to Nav. There were some issues involved with trying to pay the correct business for the account and my account was immediately closed with no refund on my security deposit or remainder

    So I've owned a secured credit card with these guys for over a year. The amount was $500. I've used the card and paid it fine. On November 15th i was told I violated the terms of service, "While I was out the country mind you" and that my account would be closed. #1 What? How do I speak with a live person? I have no idea what they could be referring to and what happened to my initial deposit. I've left emails, I've tried chat support I can't get any answer, or haven't spoken to a single person since they have closed my account/

    I own a small business by the name of Skintabulous. I applied and was approved for a secured credit limit of $500 with a company called Tillful. I went to pay on my balance one month (October) and was denied access to my account. I called the company as well as emailed. They said they closed my account but could not disclose as to why. Ive been contacting them numerous of times thru email and phone trying to get answers as well as my secured deposit back since they closed my account and I have gotten NO responses. I originally paid $500.00 for the credit limit, when I tried to pay my bill the account was already closed for whatever reason, they wont tell me, so Im now expecting the remaining balance to be returned to me. After paying the balance on the account my refund should be $201.97. They say they refunded that amount to an OLD and CLOSED bank account back mid November. I have yet to recieve any responses from this company. Not only as to why they closed my account in the first place (I paid my balances on time in full everytime) but also where is my remaining balance.

    Tilliful is a secured card I have had for roughly two years. I paid them $2500.00 to open a $2500.00 secured card in my business name. On September 14th 2023 I requested to close my account. I have not received an update on my account closure or the rest of my security deposit back. I only receive duplicate emails thanking me for my submission. The phone number on file only tells you no one can answer the phone right now. I have used every channel they provide to contact them to no avail. Their agreement states that it should take roughly **** days to complete closure. I cannot sign in to see my account, so the card has been closed. I am due around $1400.00 back from my security deposit.

    On 4/13/2023 I received email communication from Tillful that they were closing my secured credit card. I had not missed or had any returned payments. Their communication stated that this was final. Additionally, their communication stated that I would need to work with my bank for a refund. My bank stated that because it was more than 2 days since the payments happened, I was not able to dispute the charges and denied my dispute. I attempted to call Tillful on several occasions but have been unable to make contact with them. At this point I just want a refund of my security deposit.
