WARNING WARNING WARNING I lost $400.00 to these scammers ... In fact, I'd question the validity of all crowdfunding entities. I was an avid backer of some of these creative products, but I've been ripped off by all of them! Basically, it's buyer beware and their customer service is nonexistent!Review from Brian S

I have had a terrible experience with this company and have had $300 stolen from me for their Shelfy;(a refrigerator gadget to help prevent food waste). I have not received my item nor a refund which I tried repeatedly to get my money back.I have reached out multiple times for help and have received nothing but automated responses and the ultimate automated run-around.I have not received my item (which I paid for last spring and was promised to receive this past September).I had used Kick Starter a few years ago and had a much better (though, not ideal) experience with them.******** is one horrible rip-off.************Review from Edward K

Indiegogo is belt on a concept to help inventors create incredible products, unfortunately they are also built on a foundation of lies and deception. The products and companies they list on their site seem to all be imaginary products. There is no intention from indiegogo or the sellers on the site to ever provide a product to the customers. Once they have your money they have no interest in helping a customer. Never use this company!Review from Courtney L

Indiegogo are scammers. Alongside everything listed. They don't care if you dont even receive and item because they already got paid. They owe so many people from iKuddle scam in 2019. Refund everyone and go under already.Review from Ruia M

Indiegogo are scammers. They literally let the people take your money and dont care if you dont even receive and item because they already got paid. They owe me more than $300 dollars from 2019. I have emailed them more then a dozen of times too.Review from Kathie B

I pre ordered and paid for hearing sides on Nov 2022 with delivery in Jan 2023. I emailed several different emails. Do not have a phone number I just want someone to contact me as to when I will receive them. Or someone to please contact me **************Review from Stephanie S

I have contributed to two campaigns through Indiegogo. The first, I received my product as promised. The second was a widespread fraud. I have tried contacting Indiegogo, but their contact page is a joke. Even if you are already logged in to your account, it asks you to login again. The issue comes when you log in again and it takes you back to the home page, not the contact page. It's just a loop of logging in and then being taken back to home. This company enables fraud as they do not require ANY accountability on behalf of the people/companies seeking crowdfunding. Stay far, far away from their site.Review from Korey R

Backed a campaign 2 years ago. Never received the product and indiegogo did next to nothing except send the complaint I sent them to the campaign owner who proceeded to tell me they don't do refunds, the product is "on its way" and I was being rude for calling them a scam.Never doing business with indiegogo ever again and suggest others follow suit!
