      I have been telling Indiegogo for months that their campaign linked below is a scam. I have emails proving this communication, but customer support just marks my case as solved and never responds. I have 13 solved cases with no responses from Indiegogo. This is just mind blowing. Please dont fall victim to the below, I lost money on kickstarter to them and honestly just wanted to help others by having the scam product removed from Indiegogo. ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************

      I have been ripped off by not one, not two, but three of the campaigns that I supported on this site. I was told I would get a refund for months from Mihogo bikes, and that never occurred. And then I see that they put that same company as a trusted source on their site. I lost $6,000. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

      Indiegogo is a scam and knowingly conducts fraud. ******: backed this project, requested refund which was approved. They have yet to give me my refund to my credit card after 40 days. NeoPs1: backed this project, requested refund which was approved. Over 30 days and still no refund to my card.Instafloss: backed 4 years ago, still hasn't been delivered.

      Contributed $225 to the "Micro Drone 4.0 - Affordably Priced Under $200" in February 2019. To date no one has received any drones. Some early backers got their money back trough Indiegogo but there was zero money left so the VAST majority did NOT. I was told this by Indiegogo support and thankfully they put the campaign "under review" and stopped contributions. However they did nothing to resolve the problem beyond that. They STILL have the campaign page visible to the public! Why not delete the page? All the remaining donors know we lost money. The "Project Owner" (not the original grifter CEO) posts updates 1-2 times per year still stating that they're working on the drones. This is utter nonsense: the $1.6 million is gone and they can't do as they say in the updates (it's pure fiction). Indiegogo should send a statement to the backers stating they're liquidating the campaign and removing the campaign page. I would recommend not participating in this sham crowdfunding website. All they do is take the vig from contributors and campaigns while doing very little else. Based on their dismal BBB rating, I'm not surprised that (unfortunately) many other people got ripped off. I lucked out with one campaign and received my products, but this debacle is my last foray into crowdfunding altogether.

      I've been waiting for this product for a little over a year. Haven't heard anything more since they had said they had some being sent out. Then all of a sudden they're saying there's an issue with some of the chargers not working right. They've sent a video of production but like others who said they haven't seen or received any tracking information. The company I had been dealing with was from *******. It's been very frustrating waiting on something that you've been excited to have that would help out. There's so many people leaving comments asking where their charger was . This isn't right at all taking people's money. I was purchasing this based off a youtuber who I've been following for a good while. I haven't had an issue in the past with purchasing something they have reviewed.

      WARNING WARNING WARNING I lost $400.00 to these scammers ... In fact, I'd question the validity of all crowdfunding entities. I was an avid backer of some of these creative products, but I've been ripped off by all of them! Basically, it's buyer beware and their customer service is nonexistent!

      The definition of fraud is:The crime of getting money by deceiving people.Indiegogos platform is built on taking your money, then taking zero responsibility for the outcome of the project you invest in.Dont give them your money.

      I have had a terrible experience with this company and have had $300 stolen from me for their Shelfy;(a refrigerator gadget to help prevent food waste). I have not received my item nor a refund which I tried repeatedly to get my money back.I have reached out multiple times for help and have received nothing but automated responses and the ultimate automated run-around.I have not received my item (which I paid for last spring and was promised to receive this past September).I had used Kick Starter a few years ago and had a much better (though, not ideal) experience with them.******** is one horrible rip-off.************

      Indiegogo is belt on a concept to help inventors create incredible products, unfortunately they are also built on a foundation of lies and deception. The products and companies they list on their site seem to all be imaginary products. There is no intention from indiegogo or the sellers on the site to ever provide a product to the customers. Once they have your money they have no interest in helping a customer. Never use this company!
