    I participated in the ***** token sale on CoinList in March 2022, investing $500 and receiving ****** ***** tokens. Since then:The token was delayed multiple ******** trading market was ever provided by CoinList.I have never been able to sell or withdraw my tokens from their platform.There has been no communication or resolution offered.This has resulted in a total loss of my investment, with no way to exit or use the tokens. I respectfully request a refund or a solution that allows me to recover my funds. I am prepared to join other affected users in collective legal action if necessary.

    On September 27, 2024, I deposited 123 DOGE (Dogecoin) into my account on the cryptocurrency exchange **Coinlist**. The transaction ID is d9c773aad2e37475d95e24d7a06f98a6f1bfee8ed7dc6becbf36fbf92d8224b8. Although the transaction was confirmed on the blockchain, the deposit has not been credited to my Coinlist account. I contacted *********************** support team shortly after noticing the issue. Initially, they assured me that the matter was being investigated and would be resolved. However, despite multiple follow-ups over the last two months, no progress has been made. Each time I reach out, I am told the issue is being handled, but no concrete actions have been taken to resolve it. This prolonged delay has not only inconvenienced me but has also resulted in financial losses. The value of ******** has more than doubled since the deposit, and I have been unable to secure any profits due to my funds being inaccessible. I am seeking immediate action from Coinlist to credit the missing funds to my account and an explanation for this extended delay. I also expect Coinlist to address the financial impact caused by their inaction. I hope BBB can assist in resolving this issue and ensure that Coinlist provides better customer service in the future.

    In March 2022 I have purchased on coinlist during a coin presale 100$ worth of Tribal tokens, the tokens were not released during the first release period nor during the second followed by an email from tribal saying that they might not emit them at all without further explanations. In any case I wrote to coinlist to address the issue and request a refund given the fact that the purchase hase been made on their site, they said that they might take legal actions but they are not liable for tribals actions which I find not true. I respectfully request your help in resolving the matter.Aditionally I want to add that I am a non US citizen from ****** and my postal code is ******.

    Sent some crypto to my wallet held on CoinList on 2024-03-30 20:41:38. Transaction went through within a minute on the blockchain, transaction ID 6d274ff13d751df7e41e2a01b71174937ffc415d4a2bc6bec0c0825eb61464b7. Until now, after 8 days, my crypto is still not showing up on my CoinList wallet. Coinlist has the crypto deposit but it's not distributing it to my wallet. i have filed complaint with the customer service and no one is responding to my request until now.

    Company is known for helping to buy and sell Crypto. Let me buy Crypto, but will not let me take out my money from their platform, and have been holding it for over 6 months saying they are having banking problems. Will only allow me to take out my money if I give them more money.

    In early October, I sold some crypto assets that CoinList held for me. The goal was to use the money to invest into other non-crypto assets. I then requested that CoinList would wire the funds to me (Withdrawal of funds). I have done this before with them, and there it worked. Now, it did not. I files several customer support tickets and send emails. I keep getting the answer, that they are looking into it, but now we have ******** They still refuse to wire me the funds.

    My experience here was a very terrible one. After I had made my second deposit I was blocked out. Nothing I did worked. I was so frustrated and giving up on my money when Mrs. *********************** came to my rescue and helped me out with the issue.     Incident Details:On 4th may I have been contacted on whats app number ***************, named oaosbvesth for marketing job work from home offer. In this job I had to complete some ****** map related task and will be paid for each task @50 INR. Initially I performed few tasks and paid around ******************************************************** This task was given and completed on Telegram channel. After 4-5 task they directed me toward exchange task where I had to do prepaid transactions to accounts provide by them and in return they will provide me commission. I refused initially, then they warned me to disqualify and return all money. After that I made transactions under their influence, details of transactions are given below, pl. refer that. After that on same day i.e. 4 th May23, i have been contacted by coin list pro company teacher **************** and financial lead ************ on telegram. They asked me to invest in my fund. I have been registered on the coinlist site. Now they took around 1.5 lakh money. After that they have told that your credit score is low so need to do more transactions. All transactions was of around ***** k . ** this fashion they collected 2.5 lakh from me and then told to pay ***** INR as tax. ** the hope of recovering my hard earned money, I paid taxes as well. Now after tax payment they told that your earned commission along with invested amount will be credited back to you within 10 minutes but same has not happened. Then they ask me to withdraw by self. I asked them that they should do it at their own but after not receiving their response, i tried and put same amount what was reflecting. Now they have blocked my account and asking further money for unfreezing. Two things to pay attention:1. If there is everything followed then they should do the action instead of customer 2. They should warn or give information to customer for all precautions Without any information how they can freeze and ask more money.Attaching all screenshot and proofs for this issue.They have collected advance tax of ***** INR from me also. Now when they are not paying anything then even tax they have kept which has no any meaning. I asked them that you have all my money, deduct the unfreezing amount and pay rest to me with taxes.I have ruined all my balances following their instructions and unable to pay anything.Request you to please intervene in this issue and support in resolution

    I began to trade Crypto currency in April of this year. I have bought in a total of $115,000 USDT from Crypto.com over the course of the 5 months and moved onto the CoinList Pro trading platform to conduct trades. It seems I have made gains of $622,000 since trading in the platform therefore a grand total of 702,000USDT in my CoinList Pro trading account and have gotten to the point where I wanted to pull out my initial investment. When I recently attempted to withdraw $100,000 that I have now encountered problems. My attempt to withdraw was blocked, and the customer service agent of ********************** Pro asked me to pay an additional $10,000 USDT to release the funds, so I did so in kind. After sending CoinList Pro the funds and they acknowledged receiving it, the funds where still not released. The customer service agent told me that I must send an additional $50,000 USDT to unblock the node and create a clear channel for the $100,000 USDT to come through since this is my first large withdrawal attempt and that they will also send the $50,000 USDT back to me. I have not complied to this last request as this seems to be scam like. I have every email along with snapshots of the conversation with the customer service agents who said if I do not comply with the request, my account will be locked and eventually frozen. I wish to remove my initial investment and earnings from this trading platform because it isnt right to ask for extra fees on top of fees that must be paid to take out money you put in. Any help and assistance will be greatly appreciated.
