      was able to purchase crypto fairly easy but withdrawing it has been a nightmare! The withdraw had been pending for hours until I finally emailed them (yes I had to email them first to even find out it was an issue) and they asked me to answer 7 questions. I answered them and they replied saying it will take up to 72hrs for the account review team to review my response and process my withdraw!!This was time sensitive as I wanted to buy a token that had hit my desired entry and they ruined it!Why not ask these KYC questions BEFORE you allowed me to purchase? Theyre keeping my funds hostage!!! I want my money!!!

      I opened up a metal pay account. Transferred my funds to the account just fine. When I attempted to add funds via the cards I had on file and exchange some funds my account was frozen. I contacted customer support no explanation was give other than they need more information. I provide that information and they just keep asking for more information each time. Starting to feel like a scam company. There was never any explanation given to why my account was frozen .

      According to Metal pay app, I made purchases on 6/26/2023 for ***** tokens, 6/19/2023 for ***** token, 6/12/2023 for ***** tokens, 6/05/2023 tokens, 6/01/2023 for ****** tokens, & 5/24/2023 for ****** tokens, All Metal blockchain tokens. METAL has yet to debit my account with the tokens.

      5/14/2023 i signed up to use the plaform i kept getting error codes when verifying 5/15 i received email interaction resetting the account to allow me to verify after going back and forth for a couple hours i was able to submit my info than serval emails later i recieved an email about compliance and they wont activate the account whatever thats fine but now i wasnt able to log in to delete the acct so i go back to email an inform since i want be using their platform to delete my info they want me to send to id with a selfie holding it while holding a piece of paper with date and metal pay plus a pic of my id front and back...thats ridiculous i didnt require that to open the acct and you think imma send that to delete my info you already for an account that wasnt even activated what type of fraud are they trying to commit. i have 20 emails from them in this short period of time i want all my information deleted

      I opened an account in June. Literally the same day I opened the account, added money and purchased some USDC. After purchasing, some minutes passed and when I tried to access my account, the only thing that appeared was insufficient permission. I wrote Metal Pay to both of their email address ******************* ******************* and no response whatsoever!!! They have my money locked, and I cant even reach them because they just dont respond. It has been 3 weeks in this and I still dont have access to my money. Im doing this complaint as a first stop, if this doesnt work I will fill a complaint with FinCEN, and will do a claim with my bank for the deposit transaction. I dont event want the stupid account, I just want my money back.

      I was using metal pay, the app the company owns. I had been using their services for around a month. Then last week, I purchased bitcoin, I did everything exactly the same way I have been for the past month. However the last time I purchased bitcoin successfully( the funds were taken out of my bank account immediately) Soon after the purchase I went to send the bitcoin, but it wouldnt allow me to. This is when I found out that they had frozen my account. They still have all of my money, I have reached for a phone number to contact them, but they dont have one. Ive been emailing them daily. At first I did get a response, stating that they werent able to verify my identity. This is a lie, because they had to verify it when I signed up for the account, they must verify your identity before your able to use their app. Which Ive been using for over a month. They send me a list of demands the first being A selfie photo holding your ID document in one hand, and a piece of paper with "Metal Pay" and today's date written on it in the other hand. They also wanted photos of my ID once again.I sent them everything they asked for right away that same day. I asked them several times why they froze my account, they never responded. They said they would get back to me once they review the account. I havent heard anything from them whatsoever. They are very unprofessional. At this point I just want my money back, but I have no way of contacting anyone because they are not responding to my emails. Could you please help me get me money back.Thanks so much!*************************
