  My matchmaker wasnt just checking boxes she was really interested in who I am and what I want from a relationship. Every time I went on a date, Id give her the rundown afterward, and shed take that feedback seriously. I could tell she was fine-tuning things behind the scenes. The whole experience had a personal feel to it that you just dont get from apps or algorithms.

  Glad that I can just relax and let them do most of the work. And Im enjoying the process too. Its private and so much deeper than the other apps that Ive tried - you know those kinds that make you feel youre just a stat with an uploaded bio? The dates have been insightful too. Not a single time wasted. With each date, I get closer to knowing who I am and who I want.

  I signed up for Tawkify because I was tired of swiping on apps and getting nowhere. From the start, my matchmaker really listened and asked thoughtful questions. She handled all the planning, so I could just show up and enjoy the date without the stress of back-and-forth messaging. My matches have aligned with what I asked forshared values and goals and actual compatibility. After each date, I gave feedback, and my matchmaker adjusted things based on it. The entire experience feels personal and intentional, not automated and rushed.

  Tawkify has many misleading statements. I was told that I would be matched with people who were also paying for matchmaking services. This was not true. If you chose not to pay for Tawkify you can still be added to their database and be matched with paying customers. All of the men I was matched with had no investment in the process. Tawkify relies on professional, successful women who are looking for help sorting through online dating. Tawkify charges those women and then matches them with men who are not serious about finding long term relationships. Of the 9 dates I went on only 1 was a quality person that I could have been serious with and he was 9 hours away. You will not get what you pay for, the matchmakers ignored my preferences and desired outcomes just to push dates through. Do not waste your time, energy or money on this. The experience is frustrating and disappointing. You will have much better luck finding matches yourself than relying on Tawkify. Read the reviews they are horrible

  This dating service promised so much and delivered nothing. I was assured that they had a vast pool of dating candidates in my area. I was only matched with one person remotely close to me. And even so it was not a very vetted or worthwhile match. I was totally misled on the resources and service that would be offered. I overpaid substantially and, Ive been offered no reasonable refund. The reason a refund will be saw is because the company promised something that they did not to deliver on.

  the worst dating service you could pay for. I wouldn't waste your money. the matchmakers line up thoughtless matches that don't match your personality or what you're asking for. What's worse, the service itself it horrible!! im only half way through my 12 match package and its been an awful experience already. My match maker messed up on 2 of my dates, telling him one time, and scheduling me for another. Then the other 2 dates I got all the way there (drove 40 mintutes to the scheduled meeting place), then text the dateline assistance number because my date didn't show up... customer service calls a few minutes later to say "Oh we're sorry... we FORGOT to tell you, he cancelled yesterday".. the worst part is ive asked for my money back now 3 times and they keep telling me "poor customer service isn't a breech of contract on our end. Sorry". this is an awful business with poor customer service. save you money.

  I paid $6,800 for 6 matches with the belief that I would have dates that were well matched for my personality, lifestyle and physical attributes. I also believed the service would have higher caliber candidates than the apps. It did not. In fact, it drove me to get back on the apps, where I have had success. If I could go back, I would have bought a purse ********** first match was so off-point, customer service provided me with an additional match for free. My second match was OK; I was trying to keep an open mind and said I would see him again; he agreed, but ultimately neither of us reached out. After that, my matchmaker essentially asked me to lower my standards so she could have better luck finding matches for me. After arguing with customer service for a refund, which they refused, I switched matchmakers. It didnt help. The matches are only as good as their candidate pool, which is not impressive. I felt the matchmakers had quotas to meet, sending me on dates with people who were nowhere near what I was looking for. Twice, it took a while to find matches, and by that time I was already dating someone I met outside of the service. Note, they will not refund you if you find a relationship outside of Tawkify, only if that someone was found through their service.Tawkify was a waste of my time and money. So much so, I forfeited my final two dates. Buyer beware prior to signing the contract; take note of the refund agreement as what they sell you on, vs what it says, do not align.

  Wouldnt let me give 1 star. I joined Tawkify last October and paid several thousands of dollars upfront for my package. Over the course of my time I had 4 different matchmakers because 3 of the 4 matchmakers left the company. Every time my matchmaker left they would apologize and give me an extra match to try and make it up. That didnt improve the experience. As a therapist, having to start over with each matchmaker impacts the outcome just like having to start over again with. a therapist would. You find yourself repeating things and trying to establish comfortability with the matchmaker. Once youre given a matchmaker you meet them for an hour long meeting to get to know you and your preferences and thats it. Theres no additional meetings other than an optional call after a date to talk for ************************************************************************* try a second date because their process is blind matching so a second date might help. I had 9 matches total and not a single one resulted in a second date. There even were dates that seemed to go very well that ended with a no. I know they cannot control the outcome but the matches seemed to be unserious about dating and just looking for sparks. Its a shame to pay what I did to meet men like this. I have had better luck on cheaper apps.I dont think the blind model works at all. You dont find out much about the match and not even a name until 2 hours before the date. I provided pictures of men Im attracted to and was clear about my interests. I was given men who didnt fit either. The men were attractive enough at times but nothing like I had said I wanted. I would save my money and use an app. Cheaper and you can control more.

  Rather give them 1/2 star if I could. I joined this matchmaker after seeing it advertise on IG. It has been 3 months, after paying $8,000 upfront to get started and be matched with 6 men, I have been on one date. I originally requested a female matchmaker, I was given a male matchmaker. I have had a sick feeling for over a month now that I was conned at a vulnerable point in my life and the salesman on the phone said all the right things to get me to pull out my credit card. No payment plan was offered. Upon reading online complaints about this company I found a lawsuit that states the defendant paid $3700 for 6 matches after HE had negotiated the price down from $5400. Why did I pay $8000 for 6 matches and I'm female??yet this man paid $3700?? Not to mention I should have been sent on many dates by now in the last 3 months, not just the one!! My matchmaker will set up a scheduled "7 minute phone catch up meeting" with me every 4-5 weeks and the last one sounded rehearsed and mundane. He told me he is going to have to look for matches for me closer to 2 hours away because he is having trouble finding men that meet the requirements I request in closer proximity. That's absolutely ridiculous! I am going to dispute this through my credit card and try to get a refund. After all, they haven't even done anything for me to justify taking my $8000. Also, my matchmaker always ends the call with me by saying "I expect to have a match for you in a week or two" and he never does!! I really wish I had done my research on them before getting involved but they said all the right things to a vulnerable woman and suckered me into the scam. Go on their IG page, all the couples are dressed perfect, perfect hair, perfect love stories, engaged after a year of dating after they met on Tawkify. It's most likely paid actors in those stories, it's not real life. Everyone does not look like that. It's all too perfect for a reason. It's not real. Do not get involve or lose your money.

  As a survivor of sexual assault, I was nervous about re-entering the dating scene. Tawkify demonstrates an unparalleled commitment to safety and well-being.Tawkify was sensitive and considerate of my personal history. Unlike other matchmaking services I researched, they have extensive safety protocols in place, including rigorous background checks and a comprehensive response protocol for handling sensitive issues like assault accusations. They have a zero tolerance policy for harassment. This level of diligence reassured me immensely and allowed me to focus on connecting with potential matches without fear.I was impressed by the extra steps they took to reassure me and protect my safety and privacy. ***** and ******* went above and beyond to create a safe environment for me, providing clear, quick, responsive communication and support throughout the process. Most matchmaking services do not do background checks or validate the claims the matches make. Tawkify's proactive approach and genuine concern for my safety set them apart in an industry where such considerations are often overlooked.I would recommend Tawkify to anyone who has had an experience like mine. For anyone with similar concerns, I urge you to inquire whether your dating service or app has these crucial safety features. Read your contract/agreement carefully and inquire about how they will respond to the worst case scenario. Tawkify has also shown me that with the right support, it's possible to navigate this aspect of life with security.
