    I signed up for a Keto diet program. The cost was $95 for a 6-month subscription. There is no demo or trial period, so there's no way to find out what the subscription includes. Within 5 minutes of signing up, I realized this is not what I was looking for. I contacted the company to cancel the account and requested a refund. They say that they don't offer a refund unless the consumer can provide evidence that the app is faulty. Since you can't try it out, you don't know if the app is what you need until you've paid. I believe the app is "faulty" in that you don't have any way of knowing what it consists of until after you've paid up front.

    I hardly used this app and actually forgot that I had it until the subscription renewal charge came through on my credit card statement. I did not even receive a renewal reminder. When I tried to cancel the subscription 3 days later and requested a refund, they refused to refund the payment. They finally paid 50% but I am still very unhappy.

    This app might be worth it if their recipes weren't so ***** and unappetizing. Their customer service is awful. I decided I did not like the app or the recipes about a week after purchasing, did not request a refund but simply canceled my ****** play subscription for the app. I was then charged $46 once my subscription ended for a new subscription. I immediately messaged customer service after the charge posted stating that I had not utilized their services for more than a week and had canceled on ****** play. I informed them that I did not intend to use their app in the future either. I received a response stating that I was also required to cancel on their website. I respectfully asked that they cancel my subscription and requested a refund since the charge had just posted and I did not intend on using the services. I received a response that they would not refund my money.

    Charged $46.00 for a subscription to this service of Keto Cycle - which I had not signed up for and am requested a refund. This is ridiculous that a company can just set you up on a timely cycle and get paid and not offer any money back. Should be put out of business.

    I purchased this app/product 4/17. I was not happy with the food log/calculations. It was cumbersome to change each item to the correct serving. I requested a refund and was told that my request was denied because I could not provide evidentiary support of app failure. I just dont like it, its not for me. It was not easy or quick. I notified the company within 24 hours and would like my refund immediately.

    I purchased the 6month ketocycle plan for $66 on March 17th. According to their website you have 14 days to get a refund. On March 21st I requested a refund since the meals weren't a good fit for me and was declined.

    On March 30th my card was charged a yearly subscription for *****. I signed up 2 years, never used the product. Last year i received a charge and let it go but it happened again this year. I contacted the company asking for a refund, since i havent used this product in 2 years. I emailed the company and I was promptly informed of their no refund policy. This company has horrible customer service, this company is betting that you wont read ALL the fine print so they can auto renew your subscription yearly. They charge yearly so that youll forget you have a subscription, then when they charge your card and you realize that you havent used that product at all and request a refund, they quote their fine print, which states no refunds after the fact. Its a scam, stealing money from consumers, WHAT COMPANY HAS A NO REFUND POLICY??

    Keto cycle set up auto subscription without my notice. Keto cycle charged me without notice me ( email or call me) this year (2023). KETO CYCLE refuse a refund since I found out they charged my money after 14 days that they charged me.

    Keto Cycle misrepresented themselves as being affiliated/or owned by Dr. Eric Berg. I have screen shots of this from last night. After reading through their plan it became evident they ARE NOT following the plan from Dr. Berg. He does not endorse wine, snacks, and 3 meals, and more. I immediately tried to cancel the 2 month subscription by looking online and finally a live chat. The first guy just stopped replying. The second lady was responsive however needed to escalate my email to someone higher up. She even asked me for a screen shot showing Dr. Eric Berg's name. I gave her everything. I have gotten a few emails, but they refuse to cancel and give me my $33 back. It's wrong. And I am not letting this go even though "it is only $33" I also have a really bad feeling it will renew because I didn't cancel it online but IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to figure out how to do this online.

    Keto Cycle did contact me (I’m sure after you made contact) and did refund my money and cancel the subscription. I truly appreciate your help I have never done this before but I’m very happy with the results. They are dirty and I was so frustrated by their responses.

    I read information about cancellation and refund prior to purchase on 02/16/2023. The information indicated that one could cancel at anytime without further charges. It also indicated one could ask for refund if under 14 days after purchase. My purchase was to be $5.00 per month 12 months. I am at my 11th day into this purchase. The app. is very difficult to use making it very frustrating to utilize as a user. I am constantly being blown up to purchase more products that are suppose to enhance what I paid for etc. The initial information about the program was misleading in terms of what one was to expect upon purchase that have become costly add on's. Cancelling the purchase according to their instructions was not easy and I finally got a chat with customer service who cancelled it but told me I was still being charged until the actual renewal date in about 12 months. I sent another email requesting refund since I am under 14 days. No response. They ask that you contact them first before disputing with credit card company due length of time yet they do not respond/follow up. Along with this complaint I intend to contact the credit card company.
