      I placed order for a vinyl record 04/07/23, The order is was on back order and said 12 weeks. I was naive and ordered 3 additional items that were in stock 08/30/23 says still processing .I have emailed several times, last email was 02/09/24.still no response. I tried calling and the customer service stated that they was going send a escalated email.NO REFUND OR VINYL BEWARE SCAM!!!!!

      I ordered an album on 5/8/2023 and have yet to receive it. Yet they consistently sell it as "In Stock." I have almost 50 emails of them just saying it's a warehouse issue. THEN GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR WAREHOUSE!!! You took my money over a year ago and STILL haven't figured out how to ship 1 album yet. My wife also has and order 205 days ago that originally said "on backorder for up to 12 weeks." We're way past that and just keep getting the same blame the warehouse ********. If you're selling through a warehouse and still ACTIVELY selling these albums, you need to make sure they process and send your orders. That's your responsibility as the business owner/operator. When you keep people's money and never send anything, you tend to **** them off. Get your s*** together. Figure it out. Send us what we paid you for over a year ago. (Over 6 months in my wife's case.)

      I placed a $100+ order that didn't ship for over a year. I contacted their customer service team requesting a refund. They canceled the order but did not issue a refund. Upon inquiring with them regarding the status of my refund, they claimed that they tried issuing the refund but that there was an issue and that they needed to look into. It has now been over a month of several emails back and forth, yet I have still not seen my refund. They claim they're operating legally and with integrity, but I fail to see how this is anything other than a scam. Clearly, they're hoping people forget about the orders they placed and paid for. I did not forget and yet they still refuse to issue my refund. They refuse to provide any additional transparency or a timeline, just generic copy-and-paste responses about how their "team is still reviewing the transaction." Merchbar is a scam.

      I purchased a record that was listed as in stock on the website. After a month with no shipping updates, I reached out to customer service and was told they do not know when items will ship. After waiting another month with no updates and no delivery, I canceled the order and requested a refund. At no point did MerchBar contact me to explain the delay - it seems the company is perfectly happy taking your money and hoping you just forget about your order.

      I spent over $300 on merchandise that I haven't received for for 6 + months. I have sent numerous emails asking Merchbar to please send the orders to me, but I recieve the same reply ever time. They tell me that they are having unforseen shipping issues. I want the merchandise that I paid for.

      Ordered record that was on sale and in stock, did not ship for a month. Contacted them, they said they had no idea when it would ship. I pointed out that it was in stock when ordered and was still showing on sale and in stock, only response was "do you want a refund?". Waited another month, nothing. Still showing in stock and on sale. Got my money back and will never order from them again.

      Ordered a vinyl that was on backorder over a year ago with an estimated wait of 8 weeks. Finally decided to cancel a month ago after it still had not shipped and they have not refunded me in a timely manner. Many emails later and they still wont give me a definitive answer as to when Ill be refunded. They keep saying they are reviewing my request. There is no review needed. I ordered something over a year ago, they took my money, it never came into stock or shipped, I cancelled. Its cut and dry.

      Cancelled my order and didnt refund me. They were basically banking on me not noticing the order never came. This happened TWICE even after I called them out the first time. Awful business.

      Havent received a status update on an order for over 30 days. Called 3 times for new information with no success. In all the years of buying items from vendors, they are by far the worst experience of my life.

      Get used to this phrase:"We've encountered some unforeseen processing issues"...because that is the boilerplate response that they give to all customers when their items listed as "in stock" end up never, ever being shipped.Not to mention that their checkout system malfunctioned on my recent order and hit my bank account with FOUR pre-authorizations, which tied up over $100 of my money for over 48 hours until they expired.The one time I did receive a vinyl record that I had ordered, it arrived with a significant warp. **************** said they could not replace it; my only option was to send it back at my own expense.These people apparently have a huge marketing budget because their ads are everywhere, but clearly they don't spend any money on the actual process of maintaining inventory and fulfilling orders. When the offers seem too good to be true, they usually are, and this is no exception. Steer clear.
