      To anyone waiting for a refund from this company save yourself some time and dispute the charge with your bank. I waited for months being told they were working on it or that I was in the queue and would receive it soon. Never got my refund or the 2 records I ordered. Don't order from Merchbar - total scam!

      I cancelled my order in February 2025. They are quick to reply to cancel the order. But to receive another email saying my refund has been processed is a joke. To hear that Im not the only one going through this is a good sign that maybe the company will close. To think we could trust them working with *******. Theyre crooks. Using these big artists to con people of their hard earned money.

      I paid for a record and 2 months later had not received it. I requested a refund and still gave not received it. It has been over 4 months. Do not trust this business. I found them through ******. ****** should stop allowing them to do business through their platform.

      Ordered from them in December 2024, it is now April 2025, I've been emailing them nonstop for my $140 refund just for them to either not answer or make some kind of excuse. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

      Ordered in December and when I hadnt received order by March I asked for a refund, its now been over a month since I requested this and they said they would process it but still I have not received the refund. States there is no one to speak to on the phone. That Im in the queue for the refund. I dont think Im ever seeing that money again.

      This company is a complete scam. They with-drawled money for a purchase that was never fulfilled. I emailed back and forth with them for months, and never got the refund. They claimed it had been deposited, but provided a card number that did not match the one I made the purchase with. Huge disappointment. Dont waste your time.

      Terrible. Ordered in December with estimated ship date in January. It's now mid April. Communication is more than lacking. Canned replies to my inquiries and it takes days to get even that. Negative zero stars

      Less than zero stars. How is this place still in business or have a website?? Still waiting on my refund from an order placed Dec 2024 and never received. SHUT THEM DOWN ASAP

      This company is a scam they deserve zero stars. They will withdraw funds from your account instantly and will never refund you when an order is cancelled. Their whole business is giving delay after delay until customers just give up on any order or refund from them. This company should be investigated as fraud.

      Placed multiple orders, no updates on status, requests for refunds are met with stalling tactics and fake notices that they've issued a refund. This business should be investigated for fraudulent activity.
