      I purchased some T-shirts from this company with a total of $95.86. I never received any confirmation email, did not receive an order, and did not receive any updates like a tracking number. After attempting to contact the company several times, a representative told me that they could not find my order, that there was a tech issue, and that that their finance team would be reaching out to me. No one has reached out and Ive attempted to contact them multiple times. This company is a scam and I want my money back.

      On 12-5-21 I was on their site an ordered 2 california grey hoodies. For a total of $92.55. Which I thought was a little expensive but I liked them so I ordered them. Immediately they took the money off my card. When I went to check on the confirmation email it was not there. So I sent them a message explaining this. They informed me they would get back to me within 24 hours. I got nothing do I sent them another message still nothing. So last night I sent them a message explaining it want my order cancelled an my money returned to my card. Because now it is to the point of a scam. I still have heard nothing from this business. I want my money returned to me. I would give you more information about my order but like I said they still after 3 days have not sent me anything. But it sure is big as day in my credit card statement. The only outcome is my money refunded to me. I no longer want the items in ordered. They are truly a disrespectful business

      I bought hoodies from this company Teespring on October 31st for ***** for Christmas gifts. Then when I called to check on the shipping status of the hoodies the company said they had no record of my purchase and had to buy the same hoodies again but this time for *****. I called the company to try and return the second set of hoodies and they said they don't accept returns. That is not right. I would like my ***** dollars that I spent the second time on the hoodies.

      I submitted an order on 9/21/2021 in the amount of $52.98 plus $8.98 shipping. They charged $6.46 sales tax, an incorrect amount for my address. The correct rate for my address is 8.7% and it should have been applied to $61.96 resulting in $5.39 sales tax. I contacted their customer support and they have repeatedly blown me off, claiming their Finance Department charges sales tax by zip code only and that their (ridiculous) google search came up with 10.1%. I proved several ways that the correct rate is 8.7%, but their customer service continues to blow me off. I have pointed out that you cannot charge sales tax by zip code in Washington state - there are at least three rates in the ***** zip code that I know of. The amount here is trivial, but over tens of thousands of orders, it is no longer trivial. It's not difficult to get this right. ****** get it correct as do other 'small' businesses.       I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      However, Teespring need to invest in the correct software for calculating sales tax and in the meantime, not take a month of giving customers the runaround when their existing method calculates an incorrect amount.

      On 07/23/2021 I ordered a tank shirt. When I received the tank, the shirt was unwearable due to a defeat being shear. I looked back at my order and nowhere did it say that the shirt was shear. I contacted the vendor with a picture of the shirt. I was told via email by Mac, that they would re-order my shirt. A couple of days later 8/23, I received an email stating that my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund within 5 business days. I emailed asking what happened to my order and did not get a response back. After weeks, the finally replied stating that they would not be filling my replacement and would have a refund. After 5 business days, i still do not have a response on why I haven't received the refund.

      I have been trying to get a store figured out on Teespring for my boss as I am the manager. I have been put in charge of this store and I cannot get any work done due to a glitch that has not been resolved after many interactions with no true results. My attempts have show video evidence of such not working and I have complied entirely with Teespring to fix this. I have warned them that I may file a BBB, so they technically should be aware, although, it appears they've yet to view the interaction. Please note, the second to last message was indeed viewed, but I never received a response. There are screenshots of all the interactions and I still have the video evidence of me complying if applicable. I am happy there are responses, but they are far and few in between with no outcome.

      After further review, we do see an agent reached out via email on August 30th explaining that we were unable to print your orders due to us not being able to print the files that were uploaded. 

      We see a refund of $120.14 and $240.27 were issued on August 30th as well. You should receive these funds in 3-5 business days.

      I have made many purchases with TeeSpring and each time I was charged a shipping fee. Their website clearly states that there is free shipping within *****************. I have reached out via email and chat. I was told by their chat hosts, that they recommend reaching out to email direct-*********** as they are unable to assist me because it is a direct order. I have 7 emails reaching out to them, with no contact back! I just keep getting told to try again and again until I get someone. I was told they are having issues with this shipping detail, however, she didn't want to tell me to order it and then request a refund. How am I supposed to guarantee a refund when no one will call me back? My first order was July 21st, and two separate purchases on August 18th. I have $110 worth of things sitting in my cart, but I am being charged shipping once again. I cannot use their main site, as I cannot edit my art for whatever reason, like I can on the direct page. This is just wrong.
