We contacted Human Interest in October 2024 by email and several recorded messages.Our account manager never replied to any messages of last several months. We finally found a round about way to make contact with the firm. The firm acknowledged receipt of request and said they would be able to terminate contract only backdated to Jan 2025 and they would send refund for the months prior to March. Then rather than receive a refund I received another withdrawal from my account.They refuse to call me or provide a contact phone number. Begin date of transactions for handling 401K managment for my employees: 06/2022 01/2023 reporting of terminated employees had been taking place throughout the year, noticed that I was still being charged for employees that were terminated. I reached out to Human Interests mutliptle times through phone calls in ************************************************************************** my payroll reporting to Heartland, and Heartland reported to the Human Interets why I am still being charged. I called my Representativeat Human interests, for months no rerturned phone calls, I called the direct phone number to Human Interest, and completed a form on their website- no response, this went on for months, charges were piling up, and finally by contacting my Representative with Heartland, asked her to contact that she referred to me at Human Interest to contact me, and when the Representative responded instead of callling me she emailed me telling me that they were not receiving the updates from Heartland. She was to follow up with email on details and communicate with Heartland on receiving the transmission and update the terminations to give me credits to my account, that last update was never followed through to me from Human Interests. The same charges were still being billed to me auto***** draft from my business bank account, therefore, I blocked the auto***** draft from my bank account because at this point we were in the end of 2023. I recently received an invoice roughly $1600.00 stating they were sending me to collections. I asked again for them to list terminated the employees that were let go this last year ********* without asking for resolution proof of charges for the previous years of ********* that I was inquiring for a resolution that they never responded. They replied to me "with we cannot give you a credit balance until I agree to unblock your bank auto ***** draft account with **********************." This is Fraud!Business Response

I took a distribution from my Human Interest account when I left my previous employer and rolled the money into a **** ***. Human Interest filed my form incorrectly, and I called on 2/24/25 to have this rectified. They said within 2 business days they'll let me know. It took 5 days for them to tell me that they did, infact, make a mistake. They then said it will be 5-10 days for the corrected form to get mailed ****** is now 3/31/25 and I still do not have the form. I've called their customer support line, I've called their processing division, and no one seems to have any clue where my form is. All I get is "we'll reach out in the next 2 business days with an answer" and guess what - no response. Time and time again. I called last week and spoke to someone who sounded like she didn't know the first thing about my account. She said by the end of the week I'd get a response. Nothing. Of course. So I guess tomorrow I'm going to wake up and call again. I'll probably start calling daily at this point just to annoy them into ACTUALLY DOING THEIR JOBS. Because that's what it seems to take. Not sure where else to escalate this issue to, but I'll be calling the *** tomorrow morning as it seems they have a special department for companies that like to drag their feet at the expense of the individual who contributed to their plan. At this point they've been so abhorrently slow that I might have to file an extension on my taxes due to their inability to send a form in the mail. I filled out the paperwork for a 491 and **** distribution. I received an email that the distribution was made. I have not received the check. I would like to know when I will get my distribution. No one answers the phone/ the email address given on the phone message to contact support is incorrect- ********************************** is invalid. Is this a legitimate company? A company that I previously worked for has shut down, and their retirement account with ********************** has closed. Thus, we were forced to request distributions, which I did when I received the email January 8, 2025. I have followed up no less than five times -- there is no phone number -- and wait weeks to hear back each time to see where my distribution is. I have provided all of the information they need to cut a check to my primary retirement account twice and yet I am still waiting for the distribution or any reply that the check is on its way. It should not take hours of following up to get money that is rightfully yours. I am nearly 80 years old. In April 2024, I submitted a request for a distribution of $2,250 from my company's sponsored retirement account that is managed by Human interest. On their website, Human Interest stated that my distribution was processed on May 1, 2024. When I had not received the funds by June 2024, I submitted a ticket to Human Interest via their online system. No one responded to me. I contacted Human Interest again on June 14, 2024. Once more, no one responded to me. I made a subsequent request regarding the status of my distribution via the online portal, but the company again refused to respond to me. Since my funds were allegedly distributed on May 1, 2024, I have not received them, and Human Interest has provided no update about where my funds have gone. I NEVER received the money, and no one will answer my emails. I want my distribution directly deposited into my account by this business.Business Response

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Human Interest regarding my recent experience with their rollover process worth $130,000, which has been unsatisfactory and frustrating, and still INCOMPLETE.On September 18, 2024, I requested a rollover from one Human Interest account to another due to a change of employer. Subsequently, on September 27, 2024, I sent a check for $130,000 to Human Interest, as instructed. I was informed that the rollover would take 3-5 business days to ********** of today, October 11, 2024, it has been over two weeks since I sent the check, and I have yet to receive any communication or updates from Human Interest regarding the status of my rollover. Despite my attempts to contact their support team every day for the past two weeks, I have received no assistance. Each time I call, I am told that someone will call me back within 24 hours, but this has not happened.I find it unacceptable that in this day and age, a rollover from one Human Interest account to another requires a physical check and takes such an extended period to process. This is not only inconvenient but has also caused significant stress, considering the significant amount involved.I am concerned that my funds are being mishandled, and I am frustrated with the lack of transparency and support from Human Interest. Back on September 13, 2022, **** *. confirmed my funds were fully disbursed and my account was fully closed. However, in May and July 2024, they sent out two separate funds into an *** and **** rollover that I did not authorize and was unaware of, causing fees to accumulate. I am asking for full resolution of this issue including sending the funds to me that are under my name and I own and reverting any fees charged for funds that should have been disbursed as part of that initial request in 2022 and not kept under their custody until 2024 without my authorization or knowledge, given I was confirmed the $0 balance and closure of account and the same showed under my online account when I logged in.Two funds owed to me:$67.14 - *** $0.02 - ****Business Response
