    They are a big pain... I ordered some products back in January and I got charged for both orders and two were went. I tried to cancel one, and contact them with no response, then when I gave them a bad review, they they got back to me finally, and told me that can send it back, sent me a prepaid lable to do so. I did. The tracking shows that they received said order on Feb. 3, 2025. Then they it was in quarantine for 72 hours then I would receive a refund in 2 to 7 days. As of today no refund and yet again no response when I tried to contact them.. I never even opened the box just put the lable on it and return it the same day.. I just want my money back... Will never do business with them again. Buyer beware

    Its a scam if you cannot talk to a real Person. No information on Where or how these oils are created. I should have check BBB before placing an order and immediately tried To cancel Get refund as of third day I have made 6 attempts emails and the phone number says text only.. no response. I sent dispute To my credit card. On their website take a Look at Contact info I tried calling phone and it is Not working. I made huge mistake to place an order and will get a full Refund.

    I am sad to say after reading the reviews here, I am realizing that this company is notorious for what I am currently experiencing. I had placed two orders. It took over roughly two weeks for me to receive one of my orders, the tracking numbers that were provided were invalid, I had reached out to the company through text, nobody responded. I only received 1 of my packages, the other never arrived. I'm in the process of filing a dispute, ************ will not respond to any of my messages to resolve this issue, the only message that they wrote to me was a request to cancel the dispute because they are claiming that my package did indeed arrive. I am out $100. I find the company Revive Essential Oils to be unethical, unresponsive and irresponsible and they seriously lack integrity. I will never order from this company again. I would recommend saving yourself the headache and staying far away from this company. Not to mention, the oils that I did get aren't near the quality of Young *********

    Got some oils I didn't order. The website said you can return for refund hasslefree. I have been trying to get in touch with them for a week with no success. Will never buy from them again.

    This company is extremely unethical. I ordered my essential oils and never received an email or documentation. I tried to stop my recurring order and I could never get anyone on the phone and they never responded to my email or text messages. I have to resolve this with my bank. They dont even tell you how to cancel a recurring order on their website. They are as shady as they come. I will never order from them again and I would not recommend anyone ordering from them. I wish I wouldve read the reviews on BBB before I ordered.

    No way to contact them. Email is the main way you're supposed to contact them and it says they'll return your message within 24 to 48 hours. It's been 4 days and I have no response. You can also try the text message but there's no automated response so you don't know it's going through and again it's been 4 days, silence! I have tried messaging them on ******** and again no response. I've also reached out to both their emails that they provide again no response. My gift card disappeared when I placed my order and the amount was not deducted. I want the products but I need to talk to somebody about them honoring the gift card that somebody bought me. That's hard to do when you can't get ahold of the company.

    Gave this company a try and was not pleased with the quality of the products I received. I tried them out after following their social media and seeing numerous good reviews I had to return my order and after 2-3 times requesting a return label I was finally sent one. The company has now been in possession of my return for over 3 weeks according to my tracking number, after their quarantine period and the 3-5 business days I still have no return and countless emails, even texts to the supplied number on their website, and messages on social media. I have had no response and they continue to debit my credit card. I just had another charge today. I am completely disgusted with this company and how they run business. I was considering trying other oils but after this I would never purchase nor recommend this business to anyone thats based soley on customer service. Not to mention it took over 2 weeks to even get my order! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

    I made my first order on Nov 4 and experienced super slow shipping. I knew that the samplers wouldn't be shipping until Nov 15th when I ordered. But Revive didn't create the shipping label until Nov 18 and then **** spent 10 days waiting for Revive to deliver the item to arrive at their facility! **** got it to me within four days on Dec 2. When I chatted with Revive about it, they said that it was **** that was slow but I don't believe it. Meanwhile, oils ordered from different companies (Plant ******** Rocky ********* *****) arrive in a week or less.I quickly tried out the oils and only liked about 5/12 of the Christmas Blends and 4/18 of their basic sampler kit. Emailed Revive about my general unsatisfaction three times with no response. Their chat feature has been removed from their website.I am not impressed with Revive.

    Ordered and 3 weeks later have not even shipped my order, contacted after week one and said they would ship in 1-2 days and no shipping information has been sent. ************* filed dispute with bank. Do not buy from this company.
