    If I could give zero stars I would. I accidentally hit submit on an order and contacted customer service within 5 minutes to reverse the charge. They told me they could only give me a Gametime credit to use at a later date do to the potential fluctuation in prices after my ticket was purchased. It fluctuates that much in less than 2 minutes??!! After repeatedly asking for a supervisor or a contact for my lawyer to reach out to, I was ignored or denied time and time again. Why would I intentionally buy tickets that the service charges and fees are the same price as the ticket itself? These fees are a rip off and illegal. Something needs to be done about this.

    This is a total bait and switch This is a total bait and switch company. I see from their reviews this is common, they sell you excellent seats at a low price (I had front row center) and then the day of the event text you that they are moving you to terrible seats at the same price. When you try to call for a refund or explanation you are put on hold for over an hour and are not allowed to speak to a supervisor. I was told "Manager call backs" are against their policy.

    I bought tickets to the upcoming 2025 US Open in ********** Pa on 12/15/2024. This was a retirement gift for my father. We have been excited about it since. On 5/8 just a little over a month from the event. I was sent a text saying my tickets are no longer available. I dont understand how tickets I bought months ago that were listed on the app, are no longer available. I was told by a chat worker that someone else must have bought the tickets before me. That didnt make sense because the tickets were listed. Then they made me call their fan happiness department. I was told that the issue was due to incorrect listing and that the seller can no longer offer the tickets. I asked the customer support if this felt more like price gouging, false advertising, or bait and switch. While I believe all 3 could be in play here, **** thought it sounded like false advertising. Its on the recorded call. They said I can use the credit to purchase another ticket. The problem is now that its a month away the prices have nearly doubled and they no longer offer multiple day passes. This all seems illegal at the highest level. I know that my tickets were then sold to someone else at a much higher rate. The seller (who cannot be named of course) clearly committed fraud. They offered no help or even effort to resolve this clear mistake. Gametime Guarantee means nothing obviously.

    I paid for a parking ticket which was sent as a PDF to me. I asked their customer service how this was even allowed because the person reselling couldve sold it to so many other 3rd party sites. But then after that initial moment of me opening the **** I was no longer able to see the ticket. I contacted their customer service and they couldnt figure it out. I had to eventually buy parking elsewhere since my account didnt show a single ticket purchase. I disputed with my bank and they sided with Gametime over their faulty IT issues.

    Purchased 9 tickets days before the ******** game in ************ PA. Received confirmation email and 100% guarantee we would receive our tickets. Arrived early to the game today Easter Sunday with our family 4 adults & 5 children. Tickets never came by email even though they guarantee them 2 hours prior to game. I called and spoke to two representatives that assured me theyd find us tickets and fix this. We waited 30 mins till the game started they apologized and said we have no tickets for you as a group. Only 3, 3, 2 & 1 in all completely different sections. With kids thats impossible to do. So they offered a refund. Our 5-10 day wait for a refund. BUT we paid for parking? We drove over an hour? Tolls, gas ect nothing in return. No supervisor to talk to only option is email. This is beyond unacceptable.

    Just purchased tickets from them. Went to venue and was denied entry as soon already scanned the tickets. Called customer service and was told to wait for an email. I would like my refund.

    They give a price and it says fees included. You go to check out and there is fees per ticket that almost equal the amount of the ticket. This company does this all the time. Other teams it says price includes fee and it does. When contacting the chat bot blames the team. Clearly Its not the team, its the company. They need to be shut down.

    This company stated the website site has the wrong section when I purchased my tickets. I paid over 100 dollars on seats months in advance and never received my seats. This event was for a birthday gift and they left me very disappointed. No customer service available US side or resolution. They down graded my location and seats and states I am stuck with what they gave me. Unexceptionable!

    Not reliable! Purchased tickets through them that were never delivered. At first they pointed the finger at Ticketmaster and I had them on speaker phone while I was at the ticket office. Once they acknowledged it was them, they pointed the finger at the reseller and said I had to contact them and handle the issue. However there is no way to contact the reseller. So then I spent another hour on the phone with them while they supposedly contacted the reseller. 5x I had to go through the same steps and send them screenshots. By this time the game had already started and I was missing it. They then told me they would try to find comparable tickets which were in the nose bleed and my ticket were 5 rows up from the field. It was such a joke of a process. They need to be shutdown. They provided no service.

    *************! They allow tickets to be resold on their site which sellers don't even have yet. They don't release the seat numbers to you after you purchase. If you buy tickets in advance, they don't tell you until after you purchase that you won't receive the tickets until the day before the event, so if you know in advance that you won't be able to attend, you have to wait until the last minute to resell at very discounted prices. Crooks!! First time I didn't use stubhub, and boy do I regret it!!!! Gametime has horrible business practices.
