On the day of June 14th 2024 approximately 4:51am , I purchased a Armadillo CRM roll bar for my pick up thru amazon. The loan terms were for a total amount of $748.81 with $191.25 down and have (24) remaining payments of $29.41. I canceled the order thru amazon the same day at approximately 4:57 am. Affirm processed the loan terms as stated. I called repeatedly to let them know the order was canceled. After speaking with numerous customer service representatives; one finally instructed me to have amazon provide an email stating the order was canceled. On June 18th approximately 3:15pm; I received that email from supervisor ***** stating order number 113-4812819-2040257 was canceled. I immediately forwarded the email over to *************************************** at 3:26pm. I then called affirms customer support line and spoke with another representative for over 11min to confirm email transaction and what was expected next. The representative stated not to worry, she received and viewed the email from amazon and was forwarding it to dispute team to be resolved. It is now June 29th and it still is not resolved.
