1 starAffirm stole from me. They got my credit information by fraud and then they made me play. I did report them to the police and we are continuing to see what we can do. In the meantime they reported me to the credit bureau so I had to pay. I believe they were part of the scam all along. Do not do business with them. They are a scam. I have never seen any financial company act like they did and be impossible to talk to and report a fraud.Review fromDavid S

1 starThey want your loan charged off; they donmt want you to pay it.They give you false warnings about charging it off to lull you into a false sense of security, and then they suddenly charge off a loan without warning (I was rendered homeless during the span of the debt, not over finances, but over Landlords deciding they didnt want to renew the lease.), so keeping up with the loan was extremely difficult.When my loan was charged off, I called to find out who had taken responsibility of my loan, only to find it hadnt been sent yet to a 3rd party. They then flat out asked me for the full nearly $700 amount, instead of trying to make any form of arrangement to keep the money within their company.If the money was no longer their own, and they were still asking me to pay anything I can even though it wouldnt change the outcome, then what else would the possibly be doing other than try to extort me for further money?Review fromElvis M

I feel dumb after seeing the reviews that I even used this company. The worst!!! I heard some *** **** is running stuff in ****** and is taking this company to the ground!!!

I'm not interested in Affirm nor have I submitted a request but I keep getting text messages from them with a code even though I've replied STOP and it was acknowledged. 2 days later another round of texts saying here is your code. Went to the website, can't find an email addresse for them. So here I am leaving a review since I can't contact them. I did try replying to the text but it won't recognize anything but STOP for all the good that did.Affirm.com

Terrible customer service, someone used my information to make an account under my name and it took me two weeks of emailing and calling them to get them to actually open a case, and a week and a half after that they still haven't gotten back to me with any information about it and the whole time they've been lying saying that the fake account that used my information has been banned even though I can obviously see that it is still up because all my information is still connected to it anytime I try to make an account.Affirm.com

Too bad I couldn't leave -5 stars. I had to call this company 4 times in 1 day. They didn't understand what was going on. They'd put me on long holds then hang up. Finally got someone that accessed the account only for me to be told, because a rental car company committed fraud on my account, my account is blocked and I won't be able to use them again. Crazy I had to give foreigners my info so many times; and they wonder why identity theft is so highAffirm.com

Very bad service, it's a kind or FRAUD. I had applied for a loan for an air ticket, but I didn't buy the ticket because the company I was going to buy the ticket from, I found out that the company was a fraud and Affirm was charging a higher interest rate. Then on the same day I sent an email to Affirm billing to stop my loan. I neither used the loan nor bought the ticket from this company, but despite that I am getting emails full of warnings from Affirm.Affirm.com

I never had an account with ********************** yet one was reported on my Experian Credit Report, I'm 81 and don't have internet (my niece has had to help me). I reported the dispute & have done the fraud report online on Affirm **** center, ****** niece just recieve a "general" response to email. We've called numerous *************** constantly said there's a problem with the phone lines & hang up. I have made a report to local P.D. & will be contacting Atty ******* in ************************** about this. It's extremely unprofessional & frustrating that we can't get anyone on phone or email to find out who used my *************** want it off my credit report. Again I have NEVER used this company. !Affirm.com

Got approved then went to place order with the down payment asked for which was 17. At the end when time to finalize the down payment changed to 56. Do not trust companies that change their amounts in the middle of ordering merchandise!Affirm.com
