Horrible service. I ordered a 2k PEMF mat after a car accident from ****** ****** that was delivered to someone else, signed for by someone else and we have RING video to prove it. I have filed a police report, contacted my bank, etc... it shouldn't be this hard.They closed my apeal with some copied and pasted reply that NM is within their realm of ethics which makes absolutely no sense.NM doesn't reply to meassages NM refused to file a fed Ex claim which they are responsible for instead they said they did some sort of internal return Affirm should be more helpful and they are trying to blow me off.I do not recommend. i will keep fighting until my balance is at zero but it is very upsetting that this will negatively impact my credit report.Affirm.com Response

I booked a reservation with Booking.com and when due a credit I got the run around from Booking.com. I had a email from Booking.com that a refund was due. I contacted Affirm for help and was told sorry. So now im paying on something I didnt receive, My biggest problem is Im paying credit fees and Affirm offered NO assistance to their customerAffirm.com Response

I would rate a ZERO star. I had some medical issues which I was in the hospital for a week 3.5 hours away, my husband and whole family had to stay in hotels for that time period. My husband was then sick and in a local hospital, which completely affected my income. I was unable to pay. I have been reaching out to affirm to help me with my past due payments, like a fresh start as I can pay now, I just can't pay the past due, they refuse to offer any help at all.Also, I have had accounts with ********************** for over 2 years that I always paid on time, never was late on them, they never reported a single one to my credit, now that I am behind they are in a hurry to make sure they are credit reporting. They are predatory and unwilling to help a 69 year old lady who has went through a very severe health issue get back on track but easy to jump. I have been making payments each paycheck but I am not getting anywhere because they won't help put me back on track.Affirm.com Response

Was so excited to use this to purchase tickets. I was approved for a little over 3 grand. Well I checked out for my tickets using affirm and did not realize the amount I was taxed which was just ***** dollars over my limit. The charges were declined I said okay no problem Ill do it again. Well affirm only has me approved for 410$! I did a live chat and they said call customer service so I did. The rep said my account would reset to the original amount in 24 hours. Nothing happened. Did a live chat next day she said 7 days or it could be never. This is absurd. How do you approve me for 3 grand then say Im only good for 410?? Ill use Sezzle going forward I just needed affirm for the larger amount.Review from Michael R

I've been fighting with them for over 5 months for a refund that happened back in February of 2024. I made a purchase at a store and less than a week after the fact return the product and got a full refund. They're stating that the merchant never sent a confirmation of the refund even though I provided multiple times evidence of the receipt with the time and date of the purchase and the refund. This has been nothing short of the worst experience with any kind of financial institution. Eventually all they did was send it off to collections and pretty much tell me to f*** off. So, in simple terms... AVOID AT ALL COST, NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, EFFORTS OR ENERGY. You're better off getting a personal loan at your local bank.Review from DEVERE C

Affirm is a scam. Charged me a down payment with priceline even though the flight was overbooked and denied. Now they say over the phone that I have to wait 10 days for a refund but have provided no written correspondence. They have a bad rating for a reason. I opened an affirm dispute against a company who refused to respond and allow me to return a product. Affirm works with shop-pay, and the company falsely advertised the return policy. When I sent screenshots of my messages with the company in my dispute, within days, affirm closed the dispute and told me to work it out with the company, I did? Thats why Im here? Im not able to return the product? I tried reopening twice and now affirm wont respond to me. Ive been issuing them for two years, and this purchase is the only item Ive had an issue with or had issues paying. (& and its not a super expensive product!) I wouldnt recommend affirm because the second something goes wrong they will ghost you, refuse to back their customers, and wont resolve the issue.Affirm.com Response

I am having serious issues with Affirm refusing or denying refunds. Not only have I been told repeatedly by the merchant that the issue is on Affirm's end but I have provided Affirm with proof that the refund was initiated by the merchant and denied by but now Affirm has not taken to ignoring my emails and requests.Affirm.com Response
