    They been taken money out of my bank and called they cannot find my accout but they been taken money out . And every week the money gets higher and higher . I told them want my money back and now I have to send them a. Opy of my bank statement. A check with my name and address on it . And somewhere form of id. But yet they cannot access my checking account and put my money they stole and still steeling from me back . It's a scam

    I never had an issue with Digit until they switched owners. Now I have had $673 pending in my account for a week. I spoke to **** from customer service who said it would be in my account 3-5 business days. Its not, and its taken out of both accounts so I am missing close to $700 and nobody is responding to my emails anymore. My girlfriend closed her account due to this and they also shorted her $800. This is a scam and we work so hard for our money and want it back immediately. Theres no excuse for stealing money from people using this app. Completely unacceptable.

    I wish I could give less than 1 star. They made 2 fraudulent charges on my credit card. Luckily I have an awesome credit card and they caught it immediately. To Digitst.com, better luck next time and get a legit job!

    Never signed up for them. Never heard of them and some how have gotten to charges for ***** a month the second my bank caught as fraud. 1 st one I thought well what the heck did you buy now. ************ that some how steals you info

    I had digit for years and would have it take money out to help save I ended up saving over **** and I didn't know the company switched over so I logged in and my entire saving is gone how the h*** do I get my money back?

    Hi there, I apologize if your experience with Digit was frustrating; this was never our intention. Our records indicate that on January 31, 2023 one of our ************** representatives communicated with you that the funds in your account were sent back to your checking account on 1/27/23 and that those funds could take 3-5 business days to fully post back to your account. Additionally, you had a few transfers that were pending into your Digit account at the time you closed it. Those have since posted and were initiated to send back to your checking account on 1/31/23. We hope this helps but please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any further assistance.

    Digit has been continuously taking money from my account that I do not have access to due to my number being changed and Im not able to verify the code that is being sent to my old phone number. *** tried contacting them several times and no response I even tweeted the creator of the company and no response this is extremely frustrating its been two months and all my money is jus sitting in digit

    company is a huuuuuuuuge scam they will take your money so they been taking this stupid rainy day fund for 5 months now, like 60 a check every time, i go to login its got some old bogus number on there that i never even put. the rep admitted to having a glitch with phone numbers okkay cool, i submit all the documentation and i don't hear back for months and the othre day they took like 300 bcuks from me on this stupid rainy day ****, i submit the documents again and i have yet to hear back, stay away from this scam company its not worth it.

    Digit is a scam.I put **** dollars in my saving yesterday.And today I check and I cant log into my account and my phone number and email address are randomly invalid.I dont know what to do and there asking for utility requirements which is so random and I dont know what to do.I see lots of stories just like mine which is unusual so yea I need help.Should I *** them

    This app is a scam. They are thieves. I looked at my account and they withdrew 98 dollars, which ******** my account looked at the app and there was nothing saved because withdrawing funds would be dangerous. 98 dollars disappeared. I closed my digit account at the app said I would be receiving around **** in my account. I only received **** and they continued to withdrawal funds even after I closed my digit account. Hard to say exactly how much money was stolen from me
