      On August 3, 2021 I signed for a loan with lending club for 32k. The contract was to send ****** to my creditor to pay off their loan (Upstart) with the balance $******* coming directly to me. I dont have enough rooom to type the entire story, but the main point is the money never got to the creditor timely. I then received a PIF letter from the creditor saying that they got he funds 3 weeks later, but then received another email stating that the check bounced or was stopped by lending club. I called ************ AGAIN after numerous times of checking where the funds were (in the meantime I had to make payments to my other creditor) and received a NSF check for the bounced check from ************ to find out ************ stopped payment on the check without talking to me. Now ************ still has the money, I never received it.. so I inquired about paying back the ******* to be done with them, and they charged me interest on 32k which I never received. I think this is unfair

      LendingClub records indicate that a balance transfer loan for ***************************** originated on August 4, 2021. As per their balance transfer sheet, a check payment was issued to their creditor Upstart.

      LendingClub allows 14 days for check payments to settle after the date of issuance. The check payment that was sent to Upstart didnt post within the allowed 14 days.LendingClub requested a stop payment for the check on August 19, 2021 so that the loan funds could be sent to ************** account on file instead.

      The check funds were available on August 23, 2021 and LendingClub sent several email notifications to Tiamonte regarding their loan. In order for LendingClub to deposit the funds into ********************* account on file, they needed to reactivate their auto ACH. On August 31, 2021, Tiamonte notified LendingClub that they wanted the funds applied to their principal balance and not deposited into their bank account. On this same day, Tiamonte scheduled a one-time payment on the account. On September 1, 2021, the returned check funds were applied to the principal balance and the account was closed.

      After carefully reviewing Tiamonte Farmers account, it was noted that they did not receive full benefit of a loan with us; therefore, we are providing a refund check payment. The refund check will be mailed to the verified address ***************************** provided to LendingClub. The refund amount includes the loan origination fee and accrued interest. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and mailing. We apologize for Tiamontes experience and well use their feedback to improve our service.

      I have tried multiple time to contact ************ regarding my auto loan refinanced on July 2021. Chase bank, states they have NOT received payment from ************ to settle my old Auto loan with them. I have called to inquire about the situation, since its been almost 2 months since my application, now I am obligated to pay 2 Auto Loan for the same car!!, its completely unacceptable how unprofessional my situations is being handled. My credit report is showing now 2 auto loan that lowers my score, on top I have to make 2 payments for the same car, losing more than $300/mo that I have to get out my pocket to make sure I do not default and be delinquent on the chase auto loan account. Im the meantime, I have made many requests to ************ with no response, and a customer representative via phone call had answer for me nor a resolution to this!. I am obligated now to seek legal action agains lending club for damages caused to my credit, and the frustration to dealing with it

LendingClub issued a check to Mr. ******** financial institution on July 15, 2021 and due to a delay with his institution,LendingClub placed a stop payment on the initial check and reissued a new check.Mr. ******** financial institution received the reissued check on August 16,2021.

      If ************************* over payed with his auto loan financial institution he may receive a refund directly from them.

      I have been attempting for almost 6 months to withdraw my money in the investors account. They no longer offer the platform but I still have money coming due to myself. I have sent them all the verifications they needed to show that MVB is an account I own and that I want my $200+ dollars sent there, now. I've emailed and emailed and emailed. I've called several times. I've gotten 2 responses in 6 months and I followed their instructions to verify my bank account. This company seems h*** bent on keeping my money for themselves. I want these jokers to call me, figure out the issue and get this corrected before a year is up and I involve something higher up than this. I wonder how many former other investors they are doing this to.

      Our records indicate on June 6, 2020, ********** linked a new bank account that LendingClub could not verify ownership of. LendingClub reached out via email to notify ********** of issues regarding bank verification as well as instructions on how to proceed to remove the stop ACH from the account. We received no response and the issue remained unresolved.

      Several more withdrawal attempts were made over the following months. ********** was asked to contact ******** Services to further discuss the issue on April 21, 2021.

      On June 9, 2021 ********** attempted to link another bank account. LendingClub reached out via email on June 11, 2021 in order to verify the new bank account. ********** provided documentation required to verify the account on August 13, 2021 which resulted in the removal of the stop ACH on August 26, 2021. ********** has successfully withdrawn her available funds on August 26, 2021.

      LendingClub records indicate that ***************************** received a personal loan through the LendingClub marketplace on October 26, 2018. Monthly payments were received on the loan from November 2018 to December 2018. Amys January 2019 payment was received on April 8, 2019. Amys February 2019 payment was received on May 7, 2019. LendingClub will follow our charge off policy if a loan becomes 120+ days past due. Due to non-payment, Amys loan was charged off on July 31, 2019.

      The Truth In Lending disclosure (TIL) and Borrower Agreement are signed by the borrower during the application process via electronic signature. Borrowers may review the disclosure and their Borrower Agreement at any time by signing into their online account at lendingclub.com and navigating to the Loan Documents section.

      A fraud investigation was opened on November 15, 2019, when LendingClub received a fraud claim through the credit bureaus. The investigation was declined and closed on November 21, 2019, due Amys implied knowledge of the loan since its inception. ***************************** was notified of this determination by mail.

      We report all account experiencespositive and negativeto one or more of the credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on their account may be reflected in their credit report, as will a record of on-time payments. The credit bureaus are accurately reporting Amys account as charged off with a balance.

      I called around July ***** and I was also told that my auto pay would be turned off for the month of Aug. and they promised me that no payments would be taken out for that month. But instead they took the payment out of my account for $271.51 without my authorization, after I was told it was off. I have multiple screen shots that states the auto pay was never turned off after that initial call. I had to call again to have it finally turned off. They even said they would review the calls so they can have it fixed but never did. I also have screen shots after that unauthorized payment was taken out of my account stating that my next payment is due for $543.02 on Sep 19th with the auto pay still on when it should be off. My new due date is suppose to be the 17th of each month for the amount of $271.51 at this point this company is trying to commit fraudulent unauthorized charges on my account.I want that charge in Aug reversed!

      I have 6 business accounts with LendingClub Bank. I have been with them for over 2 years and the service has been wonderful. In the past 2 weeks, they started putting holds on checks. On Thursday they locked all my accounts and said they are doing a bank review. There is no one that will return my calls and as of today my bank accounts are locked and I am not able to pay my employees and I have clear funds in my checking account. This is unacceptable. The staff said that they are going to call me back, but no one has called.

      Lending Club enrolled me in a financial hardship program and then acceued the interest wrong- someone bought the loan and that company didnt speak english and kept referring me back to lending club and lending club kept referring me back to them. In the middle of finding a resolution they cahrged off the loan and i paid it in full and they said they would not report it to my credit bureaus and they did. It was criminal and harrasment. They called me all times of day and night and took thousands of dollars saying it would go in part to my principle and it all went to interest. They lied. I want this known and to remove the negative marks from my credit.

      Our records indicate on July 12, 2019 ************************* contacted our customer support to review payment options due to financial hardship. A three-month hardship plan was accepted by ****************** for July 2019, August 2019, and September 2019. Due to missed payments the hardship plan was broken on August 5, 2019.

      ****************** reached out on January 27, 2020 requesting a review of the interest accrual on the account for the months of October 2019 and November 2019. On February 5, 2020, it was determined interest accurately accrued on the account and ****************** was informed of this determination via phone on February 10, 2020.

      Once an account becomes delinquent, LendingClub makes efforts to contact the borrower, collect outstanding payments, and bring the loan back to current standing. We attempt to contact borrowers using the email address and phone numbers that are provided at the time of application unless instructed otherwise. In accordance with our company policy, we may work with collection agencies to recover the outstanding balance owed on the loan. On February 28, 2020 Ms. ******** account charged off due to non-payment. In accordance with our policy, Ms.******** loan was sold to ******************** on March 19, 2020.

      It is LendingClubs policy to report all account experiences to one or more of the major credit reporting agencies. LendingClub reports both positive and negative histories. Late, missed payments, or other defaults may be reflected in a borrowers credit report. To remain fair and impartial to all borrowers, we are unable to make modifications or exceptions to our credit bureau reporting policy. The account is reporting accurately.

      I have fallen behind the past 3 months on my loan through ************ due to major financial difficulties and being out of work for 2 weeks and unemployment not handling my claim yet after a month wait. I did call a few weeks ago for some help but the lady was ignorant so I didnt precede. Now their account services is calling me 5-7 times a day. I know I owe the money but this has turned into harassment. If this isnt taken care of, I will press charges against them for harassment. Im hoping the issue can resolved here. I know Im in the wrong being late but I dont deserve to be harassed daily by them. I do have screenshots of the calls if need be. Thank you so much for your time.

      On Friday, August 13, 2021, I viewed my Checking Account and noticed a very low balance. When I checked my debits to see what cleared, ************************** debited $269.00 toward my ****. I called ************ and told the representative I did not authorized the charge and to refund my cash. The Representative ensured me he was going to start the refund process and I would see the credit in my Account on Monday, August 16, 2021. On Monday, August 16, 2021, there was no credit in my account. I called to inquire why I am not seeing the credit and was told, it would take 72 hours before I would see the credit to my checking. I told the representative why should have to wait if it was the Banks fault? His only answer was you have to wait 72 hours for the credit to my account. He never offered to look in the notes and professionally address my concern. His accent was so thick, I could not understand what he was saying. Please look into this complaint. Scam of a company.
