      This is my second complaint. The issue still hast not been resolved. I was told my check would be cut and sent out sept 21, 21 and get it oct 5, 21. My check still has not been cut. So ive been lied to multiple times by this company. They have been holding my money hostage since July 2021 and i still dont have it. This is unacceptable. Everytime i call its a different answer and no solution. Something needs to happen and happen soon. We are going on 4 months with no answer. This is ridiculous

      I filed a claim with Varo for items I purchased from Amazon. The claim amount was ******. The claim was for items that I didnt receive. I sent Varo correspondence showing that I had raised my concerns with the merchant before reaching out to them. Varo since then havent provided any provisional credit. They havent been transparent through the claims process. I still dont have a resolution even though they have all of the facts. Id like my funds back as again I dont have the product ** services promised. And moving forward Ill be very keen and vigilant on whom I bank with and do business with!

      There was a problem with my bank account my account was hacked and money was stolen. The bank decided to closed my account and refused to settle my dispute. They knew that they would have to refund me my money so they closed my account. I would like my money refunded and my check mailed to me

      I am rejecting this response because:I also requested for them to update my address multiple times and it had not been done. They stated that it was not proven that my sign in was changed but rejected the information that I provided that proves that my information was listed on the dark web and that I was logged out of my account which proves that I did not perform the actions.

      Ive had Varo for several years. Varo Bank accepted my payroll direct deposit on 09/30/2021. I made a purchase at Rouses grocery store on 10/01/21 with no problem. Later that afternoon I attempted to make another purchase only to find that my card was declined because my account had been closed and money withheld. I wasnt contacted and when I called to find out what was going on they refused to give me any information. Ive been out of work due to Hurricane *** and my family and I are in desperate need of the money Ive worked for and earned.

      On 9/22 i filed a fraud on my account because there were transactions totaling to almost $400. I contacted customer service and they state that they would be sending out a new card the same day along with filing a claim. It is now 10/1, and i have not received an update nor my card. My work checks are being deposited into my account with Varo but i am unable to access the money because my card is not available. It has never taken so long for a debit card to arrive nor get a credit for the money that was stolen. I talked to customer service today and she was no help and was even rude because i expressed my frustration. I let her know that i would be taking my business elsewhere and she said go ahead. Please avoid this company.

      Varobank or Varomoney started posting "Account Temporarily suspended" from Sunday 26th 2021.This account has direct deposits and used for regular Billing and other activities.Upon reaching VaroBank - Support via call and email, The rep has no idea why this has happened and wanted me to wait for 24 hours or more till somebody from the security team will reach out to me via email.Today is the 4th day and upon daily follow-*** there has been no response. It pretty seems a regular thing that Customers accounts are Temporally suspended and the security team is busy and unable to respond.But for me now, The funds are locked without Varomoney offering any type of direction or resolution and creating anxious situations which typically shouldn't occur with Good and managed organization.

      I have been using Varo Bank as my Bank for years now and never had any issues, I received my VA Disability benefits in my checking account today just like I do every month and 1 hour later I received a email stating that my checking and savings account had been closed this happened 09/28/2021 So I called and spoke to someone who could only tell me to read my email, I then emailed customer support and got a generic response back I am a 100% disabled veteran and depend on my benefits to pay my bills my account has always been in good standing and still was at the time of closing.
