      I placed an order for **** the pie queen on 8/2. After delivery I requested to reduce the driver tip to $0 as I had given a cash tip instead. This was refunded back to my card. Subsequently, I received a refund in credits for receiving the wrong order. I requested that doordash refund this amount back to my card. Instead they only refunded me $9 back to my card. I kept opening new chats to try to have the money refunded and they kept charging then refunding only partial amounts back to my card. No one seems to understand that the $20 refund issued on 8/2 was for the tip and separate from the refund on my order. Now I have a charge on my card for $29.17 and for 7.57, with $27 in credits in my door dash account. I do not want these door dash credits and I want the remaining $27 refunded back to my card immediately.

      I placed an order at 6:23pm, it was cancelled at 7:06pm due to unexpected driver issue. The refund options screen indicated I could receive either credits or refund to original payment, and would receive free express delivery with the next order. I opted for credits, placed the reorder, and selected express. I was charged for the express delivery. I reached out to support twice and neither would correct the error. The order still arrived late. I finally received it, and it was missing half of the order (6 wings instead of 12).At this point I have been over charged, under delivered, and lied to.

      DoorDash failed to deliver my order timely because the dasher was at the wrong location. I contacted customer service and after an hour of waiting for my food to be picked up, they cancelled my order and I received a notification that the restaurant was unable to fulfill my order. It was in fact DoorDashs fault not the restaurants. I contacted customer service and when I noted what had happened and requested credits, the agent ended the chat stating they hadnt heard from me for a while. It hadnt even been a full minute but they did not want to hear a response or take accountability. I am a dash pass member and am extremely disappointed in this experience. I am now out of the money as I wait for it to be refunded back to my account.

      Then don't hire illegal aliens who can't use a GPS (I've had to stand in my doorway with door wide open and yell at the dasher when they pulled into a neighboring driveway to get their attention twice), can't SPEAK English or READ English. I've used your service nearly daily since the pandemic in 2020. I specifically state in my instructions HOW to find my home and DO NOT TURN AROUND IN MY DRIVEWAY; only back out. About 3 years ago I had a Dasher cost me $1100 in property damage and I'm a stroke survivor on a fixed income and can't afford another incident. I always reiterate my instructions when they hand my order to me at the door, some of them listen and understand, but others do what the h*** they want and turn around in my driveway. I stand at the door and watch them and then have to call to have their tip cancelled. I state this in my instructions but they do what they want. I figure if their tip is cancelled, they won't pick up my order the next time.You should be protecting ME not them. Go ahead and cancel me; I'll go to Uber or Grubhub.

      When you tell me that you are TESTING the foreign applicants (speaking AND reading), I'll come back to your service.  In the meantime, I have been using GrubHub and Uber Eats.  I have to say that Uber Eats uses a different format and so far, all couriers read and speak English and have no problem with my request TO BACK OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY ONLY.

      I realize that your applicants want to make extra money and shouldn't have their tips revoked.  TEST THEM as a requirement.

      I purchased a $25 DoorDash gift card on July 31, 2024, for email delivery, but the recipient never received it. After checking all folders, I contacted DoorDash support. The first agent couldn't help resend the gift card or issue a refund and told me to wait for an email from a special support group within 24 hours. My requests to speak with a manager were denied. After 24 hours without an email, I called again and was told the same thing. On my third attempt, an agent found my order and resent the gift card. My expectation was prompt resolution either through resending the gift card or issuing a refund. This experience was frustrating and inconsistent. DoorDash should improve their customer service to prevent similar issues.

      I made an order on the DoorDash app for $80 and change. I selected it to be delivered, because my vehicle just went into the shop. So when I looked at the tracking on my order. It showed ready for pick up. I quickly call customer Care and also Restaurant To try to correct this. After all this customer service tells me I cannot be refunded the $80. For service I never received. To further escalated, I talked to another customer service agent and they told me that my refund would take up to 10 days to be refunded. I talked to a customer service agent today and they told me that they cannot refund it. So thats when I called BBB

      Through DoorDash I ordered 10 items from Staples because they offered40% off and received 7 of them. I am asking for the money back that I paid. I have tried without success to get my money back for the 3 items that the dasher should have refunded but did not,. I am owed $13.21 plus the taxes, I paid $48.01 plus tip. Items not received equaled $24.58 plus tax. ****** made a mistake and did not refund my account then customer service only refunded for 1 item $13.20. I have proof of trying for 3 days they keep saying they closed the complaint and I keep saying it was closed incorrectly. I have emails, chats and the dashers text showing their mistake. I can prove their mistake and have talked to several customer service people and 2 times to their supervisor and several online chats. They will not give me back the money they took from my account.Items not received and value of each:Toilet paper: $18.99 - (40% off $7.20) = $11.79 plus tax = $1320 which I think is the item they gave me a refund for.I still need the following 2 items refunded:Air freshener$5.99 - (40% off $2.40) = $3.59 plus tax need refunded for this item Paper towels $ ***** - (40% off $6.37) = $9.62 plus tax need refunded for this item Total still owed to me is $13.21 plus tax I have request management to correct their mistake with no success. They keep promising to get back to me some time within 15 minute, 1 hour, 24 hours, no reply, then I call or chat again, I ask for the number corporate office they say they dont have a number. I said if by today I did not hear from them I would contact you and still no reply by phone or email. I just want the money they wrongly took out of my account and refused to refund. There were several reference numbers here are a couple:628061124 ********* I just want them to pay me the money they owe me. Pictures attached are the first ones and does not include the voice messages.

      I purchased a fan from Big Lots through Doordash, realized the next day that it was too big for where I needed it and returned it to the store. Got a refund receipt and was told my money would go back to my card in 7-10 business days. Never got my money back and have been fighting by email with both companies ever since. Both companies pretty much telling me it's the other companies problem. They got their product back, I just want the money I'm owed. And yes, Doordash gave me some of the money back in credit ($5 and change in credit I said I didn't want because I will never use them again) And actually, which I just realized, Doordash charged me more for that fan than what Big Lots was supposedly refunding me for the fan. (I have also filed a complaint about Big Lots. I don't care who refunds me, I just want my money back and both these companies to acknowledge they are in the wrong here. I have been fighting entirely too long for this refund.)

      Subway used to have 3$ 6in and chips then a $5 footlongs now it's like 14$ I would get two on doordash because I was injured. It costs more convenience fee but not really it's the wheat subsidies they price gouging and the spinach is back now it was an e.coli out break and lettuce was gone then eggs they don't have the little mustards and ********* in store I got it on ****** mill and out buy the lives truck stop as well as court street across from ******* when I was working and Northside drive in ******* they had them little dannons. They had Powerade it's ok I guess the fountain drinks the pink lemonade and sprite super water down. The drink machine on ****** mill Rd made me sick the cranberry white chocolate cookies are gross too. I like the meatball sub but not and turkey teriyaki chicken and bacon ranch BLT was better.
