    I planned my grocery order (#********) a week ago, and received a text today that it was out for delivery. I then received a notice that my order had been delivered successfully, somehow at 2:49PM EDT? It is noon now. No groceries arrived. I checked neighboring ****** for a mistake but they are also empty.I looked up the number for Imperfect Foods : ******************. A recording informs you that they no longer provide phone assistance, and suggests an online chat with representatives via the app. I navigated to the contact us > chat online section of the app, and discovered that despite citing the hours of availability as 9AM - 5PM MT, and being 9:30 MT, the chat icon is not present in the bottom right hand of the screen as reported. No phone assistance, and no chat assistance even within the slated business hours.As a third attempt, I tried to report the issue through the order itself. This option involves no customer representative and instead creates a case that *** refund my card, whenever it happens to be processed. With food pricing spikes and financial strain a known national issue, it is a significant problem when planned affordable groceries do not arrive and there is no clear way to remedy this : barring waiting an unknown time frame for a response and perhaps a refund.After Misfit Market was purchased and became Imperfect Foods, the ability to communicate has been systematically taken away. No number, a chat feature not available per the terms of the website, and now the ability to resolve what should be a simple issue has become an hour long struggle to find anyone to contact. As an additional note, the products added to the store when Misfit Market was purchased have been from companies that are known to destroy the environment and defeat the design of the project. I have seen nothing but decline in this company since the purchase and this experience of their unavailability and impenetrable contact methods solidifies that.

    Both Imperfect Foods and Misfits Market prey on the elderly and the poor. I visited their sites but did NOT sign up and suddenly my account has been charged twice! The first time I DID get a refunbd from MIsfit Foods. TODAY I had ANOTHER charge on account for MISFIT **********************! It turns out it was from the IMPERFECT foods website. I had CANCELLED my Misfits account but neglected to cancel my IMPERFECT foods account. I have requested a refund. However this 2nd charge put my account into the negative and my bank is charging me a $35 overdraft fee! I WILL be speaking iwth my bank about this issue and pray they will rescind the charge.

    This is **** with customer care for both ********************** and Misfits Market which are completing a merger together, I'm so sorry for the confusion about your experience with us. We're both subscription services which means that we promise to send you groceries each week unless you skip an order before your shopping window closes for it. We make this clear during the sign up experience. There's a box with a "Start Shopping" button in it that tells our new customers that they are signing up to get groceries every week that we will charge them for each week. The box and button are right below where you enter your payment card info and an account can't be opened with either company without both the payment card info and clicking the start shopping button.I'm really glad you were able to reach out to our customer care team and that they were ultimately able to cancel your first orders from each account and refund the charges to your card. They were also able to cancel both accounts for you. I sincerely hope your bank was able to work with you on the fee too.Thank you for the chance to work with you on this. Please let me know if you need anything else.****
