    I have been ordering from them for a couple of weeks. I will note that most of the items are massively overpriced despite the "sale" or "discount" prices they state. I wanted the free delivery so I continued with the service. However, this past week, my ENTIRE order got accidentally marked as out of stock. I reached out to ask what was going on as I need these groceries for the week. The ****** apologized and said it was just a technical error and not to worry. When I asked if I would still receive the groceries I got disconnected. The second ****** I spoke to said sorry you won't receive the groceries due to a delivery/driver error. I corrected her and said, no it was a technical error, will the company be attempting to correct the issue they caused? Nope, nothing, just "I have reported the issue". Okay so what do I do? I was given no notice and you're honestly telling me that your company messed up an you're not even offering a stupid coupon or trying to find a solution. Immediately cancelled my account.

    Both Imperfect Foods and Misfits Market prey on the elderly and the poor. I visited their sites but did NOT sign up and suddenly my account has been charged twice! The first time I DID get a refunbd from MIsfit Foods. TODAY I had ANOTHER charge on account for MISFIT **********************! It turns out it was from the IMPERFECT foods website. I had CANCELLED my Misfits account but neglected to cancel my IMPERFECT foods account. I have requested a refund. However this 2nd charge put my account into the negative and my bank is charging me a $35 overdraft fee! I WILL be speaking iwth my bank about this issue and pray they will rescind the charge.

    This is **** with customer care for both ********************** and Misfits Market which are completing a merger together, I'm so sorry for the confusion about your experience with us. We're both subscription services which means that we promise to send you groceries each week unless you skip an order before your shopping window closes for it. We make this clear during the sign up experience. There's a box with a "Start Shopping" button in it that tells our new customers that they are signing up to get groceries every week that we will charge them for each week. The box and button are right below where you enter your payment card info and an account can't be opened with either company without both the payment card info and clicking the start shopping button.I'm really glad you were able to reach out to our customer care team and that they were ultimately able to cancel your first orders from each account and refund the charges to your card. They were also able to cancel both accounts for you. I sincerely hope your bank was able to work with you on the fee too.Thank you for the chance to work with you on this.     I tried Imperfect Foods during the pandemic to supplement the produce I was getting, as shopping was limited. It worked fairly well, save for some missing items. I discontinued it when restrictions lifted and I was able to return to shopping at local farmers' markets, etc. I recently received an email promotion for 50% off a return order and thought I would check it out, but the items seemed quite overpriced compared to what they used to be so I decided to cancel. Boy, what a pain! It was incredibly challenging to figure out how to do that, and seems intentionally designed to force you to keep an account open! Very confusing and it took a fair bit of time to figure out. I expect many people just give up - which may be Imperfect Food's intent. Super disappointing to see.

I understand you have a concern regarding your orders from July 16 and August 27, 2023, and I'm happy to help.I see based on our contact history with you that one of our customer care team members responded to your email on July 18, 2023. We're a subscription service which means that we promise to send you groceries each week unless you skip an order before your shopping window closes for it. We make that clear during the sign up process and before you enter your payment info to complete opening your account. I'm very sorry for any misunderstanding about this. We offered to remove the charges for any items you wouldn't be able to enjoy in that first order and asked you to let us know which ones they were. We never heard back from you after that so no action was taken on the July order. You refused delivery for the August order too.Since you've disputed these charges with your bank I'm unable to refund them to you while the dispute is pending. I can tell you that we will abide by the bank's resolution of the dispute. I can also confirm that you were able to cancel your account with us so we won't send you groceries any more.     While I have enjoyed this service for a couple years now (in ********), and the quality of the products is still overall good, I feel like the number of issues Ive experienced with broken glass, mispacked items I didnt order, and badly packed items that are harmed in transit has risen significantly in the last 6 months. When Ive reached out about issues, the company is always responsive and offers refunds on missing or damaged items, I feel like Im having to reach out more often than not. Beginning to wonder if its worth the effort.

    After reading the other reviews I wanted to put in my two cents on Imperfect Foods. It definitely has a learning curve. The window for shopping is limited, which is understandable because they are a delivery service. Once I got used to that and remembered to modify my order before the ordering window closed, it was smooth sailing. I did get to experience some products that I never would have ordered if Imperfect foods hadn't put it into my shopping cart; but I did discover that I enjoyed some of their selections and have added them to my future shopping lists. Imperfects Foods response to any issues I have had was impeccable, immediate and thoughtful. I know the prices are a bit higher than average but when you consider the impact you are having on the small business model it is worth it. Support your small (to medium) businesses! On a side note Imperfect Foods please let who ever it is packing my foods how much I appreciate the effort they put into their job. It has been ******* making my deliveries these past two times and he is wonderful as well!

    This company is a joke. I was shopping around on the website, seeing if I was interested or not and then an order shows up without me placing it. I never customized the foods and received foods that I don't eat. They charged me $73 for this non-existent order and the only way to contact them is through email. So far, they're not helpful with a refund. You wouldn't shop on **************** or any other website and automatically have an order sent to you just because you looked at something. This is very shady and not the way to do business nor entice customers. I want a full refund on this order.

    Overall, my experience has been positive. I understand how and where they are trying to source their product. The only area I have had to watch is my produce greens. How they pack them can cause more wear on the product meaning it has to be use right that day.

    This customer reached out to us to let us know their organic spinach was wilted. We immediately credited the cost of the spinach to their account and reported the issue to our warehouse management team for the warehouse that packs this customer's groceries. The customer's packing feedback in this review has also been reported to warehouse management and leadership.We should be using cardboard dividers along with our silver liners and gel packs to keep produce cool and protected. All customers are encouraged to let us know if anything's not quite right with an order or delivery and we will always provide their feedback to the responsible teams to keep working to get better.Thank you for providing this feedback and please reach out to us directly if you ever need help.

    We have nothing to say but great things. With the cost of food today this is a great supplement and away of savings money on your grocery bill. So far everything has been exactly as described and delivery is right on time.A++++

    Received my first order today, so far the quality of everything looks good. The only issue I have is the incomplete information provided on the website regarding ingredients and allergy statements. Photos need to include allergy information. There was one item I ordered specifically for an allergic child based on the website information but he is unable to eat it due to cross contamination at the manufacturing plant.
