    I ordered a card for a Christmas ******** received the gift card #, but I never received the card in my email to print out. I have tried numerous times to contact them & the recording ALWAYS says there is no one to take your call. I have left messages with my gift card # & still no response! I am beyond frustrated!

    Less than 1 star. GiftRocket stole the money I paid for a gift card. I never gifted it, so it was stolen internally. $50 used at **********. NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. Lied about emailing me with a refund.

I can see that you've been in direct communication with our support team and that we've explained that we're unable to refund the gift as the gift has been redeemed. This means the funds are no longer in our possession and we cannot refund the gift.     I forgot my niece's birthday and had to quickly send her a gift. After using a ****** search, I found Giftrocket. I was skeptical, but the reviews seemed positive. I sent a $50 gift and was giving a PDF card with the redemption code. A few months later (today) and my niece needed help redeeming her gift card. I helped her and was so shocked at how easy it was to redeem the card. She had the option of putting it on her ****** (which she ultimately did), straight into a bank account, or redeeming it for a gift card to some of her favorite stores (********* being one of them). I will definitely use GiftRocker the next time I need to send family a gift card.

    Received a gift from a friend. Really cool idea that you can choose your own gift card, deposit the money directly into your bank account, or transfer it to your Venmo account. Id never seen that before. Great way to give people something they actually want - as they get to choose.

    I was given a GiftRocked card but unfortunately I did not realize there was an expiration date on them. I contacted the company and despite the expiration they honored the card. The customer service was excellent

    Do not use this organization. They have structured their business in a way to avoid regulations that are supposed to protect consumers when it comes to gift cards. If you ask them about it, they will almost brag about it. See below the email I received for them when I asked about a gift card I received from them: Upon checking, your gift has expired. The GiftRocket Prepaid Gift is a cash-equivalent gift redeemable through the GiftRocket website. It is not a gift card that is accepted by third-party merchants and as such is not covered by the CARD Act's regulation of gift cards.Basically, I was supposed to receive money through this service, but because I did not use it before their expiration (which btw, is not stated on on the physical gift card they provide), the money is gone. No refund to the gift giver or redemption by me.

    I received a GiftRocket gift card from a friend. I loved that I was able to choose the gift card I wanted. I was even offered the option of depositing the gift card amount into my bank account. Amazing!
