    I saw on my statement a charge of $66. I inquired about it and they came back and said it was an auto renewal charge. However, because I requested a cancellation from another email address that wasnt in their file, they could not cancel or refund me as it was within the 48 hour notification prior to the auto renewal date. They said I will need to cancel in July ****. Thats a very dishonest practice, considering I havent even used any of the services that I am being billed.

    Hello,

    Please accept our sincere apology for this situation. Customer reached out to our support department on 17th of January via email address *********************. After the verification process, customer's subscription was located under the email address ******************************. Please note that a full refund for the renewal charge of $66USD was successfully issued back to the customer's ****** account on 18th of January and the customer was informed about this action. Please find attached ****** invoice for this transaction.

    I signed up for an account in January 2023. On July 5, 2023 I noticed I had been charged for a renewal in the amount of $66.00. I cancelled the subscription on-line that day and received an email acknowledgement that the subscription had been cancelled. I then followed up twice asking for a refund and have neither received a refund nor any email explanation of why it was not provided.

    Hello,

    Please accept our sincere apology for this situation. We have received two emails from the user ********************* regarding subscription cancelation and refund, both of these emails have been replied to in a timely matter but it seems they did not reach the recipient. Nevertheless, we've forwarded user's payment information to our accounting department and a full refund ($66USD) will be issued within 30 business days. We will also send a separate email directly to the user informing about the forementioned actions.
