    The commercial is fake! A lie! I dont have any major ************* wanted a lot of money to be covered for life insurance! They should not be able to put this on t.v. When nothing but lies

    *************. Is a scam, don't use it. They dont pay the rewards under pretext. Clinic carried out a new patient exam and did x-rays - they rejected saying the following:"As per our terms, you are required to book an appointment for a new patient exam and any other dental service like cleaning, to be eligible for the gift card reward."Beware, $195 gone down for nothing.Apparently, clinic says it's not a new patient exam even when they do it to avoid paying. And Opencare honors that nonsense.

    They scammed me. I referred a friend and he got his gift card but Opencare never gave me mine, despite me reaching out to them about the error.I am not sure how they are allowed to not award a gift card for a referral, despite all their promotion and marketing of the referral incentive.

    This company is a scam. I sent a referral link to my friend using **** care. After he signed up using my link and got his reward the company failed to provide me with the promised gift card. When I reached out to them they blatantly lied to me saying my friend used a different link to sign up (even though he didn't know this company even existed prior to me telling him about it). I double checked with my friend who confirmed he followed my link. This company thinks it can get away with not providing the promised rewards by telling straight lies to its users. Same on them.

    Followed an offer i saw on instagram and was interested because i was unhappy with my previous dentist, Opencare found me a better dentist in my own neighborhood and gave me a 125 dollar virtual **** card i received the same day as my visit

    Site looks great, but does not deliver service. Appointments for listed dentist are generated for days and times that said offices are not open. I attempted to make two appointments and neither could honor the day/time that I selected. A complete waste of my time.

    I saw their ad on social media saying you can book a dentist appointment through their website and upload the dentist receipt to get a $250 gift card. But once you follow the normal process and do everything. And upload the receipt everything changes. They will find many reasons not to give gift cards. . This is a fraud

    Oh no Why didnt I research about Opencare reviews before I dove into this? So its May 11 now and I visited the dentist May 7 through Opencare. I uploaded the requirements May 9. What brought me to the BBB site was that there was no confirmation whatsoever that Opencare received my document, not even an acknowledgment that they received it. They keep sending me emails to refer a friend for another $50, yet no update about my claim. Then I discover the many reviews and complaints here saying it has taken them more than 4 weeks and still no word from Opencare??? Everyone is saying the same thing: that Opencare ghosts you after you complete your dental visit and theres no customer service outlet to go to. So thats why Im using this platform to send my message across. I have a followup appointment at that dental clinic in a few days and Im strongly considering to cancel all appointments until Opencare fulfills their part of the bargain.
