Hi, My business ***** ******* hired Spencil for a design layout and paid the deposit but never received the design. The company has stop responding after we requested a refund. We entered into a contract with them on 10/28/22. On the timeline in the contract it states within 3 days, we would receive the first draft (11/2). We did not receive anything until 15 days later. The design was late and did not reflect anything that shared with Spencil/*****. The week before Thanksgiving we were promised the 2nd revision and we asked for updates on the design on 3 different occasions, receive no response. On 11/28 we received the 2nd revision that still did not reflect anything we asked for. No changes were made.The contract states it can be terminated at anytime. We sent an email terminating the contract and asking for our deposit back, since they keep breaching the contract. We've reached out to company multiple times about the issue/refund. It's been over a week and still have not responsed back. Thank you in advance! We just don't want anyone else to get scammed by this company. If you need more documentation, we'll happily sent it over.
