    Tracking system doesn't work as it's supposed to.Subscription is a waste of time and money.Customer service is horrible. I wish I could give a negative rating.

    A bunch of scammy crooks! Stay far away from this service and app!! They get you signed up, and you cannot cancel the autodraft! Ever! Theyve been avoiding me and billing me for over 4 years now, and I cannot get the subscription stopped!! You try to contact them- the phone just runs a continuous loop of elevator music!!

    So I wanted to explore this app and see what it offered. So I download it and sign up. Well I never even opened it or agreed to a premium subscription and worst of all they did not send me an email stating they were charging me $60. for a subscription. My fault is I did not cancel before free trial was up, however, they did state I would receive a reminder email before being charged. Also I never agreed to a premium account so that is just c*** that they automatically signed me up for this, I requested a refund but they do not issue refunds. I am very angry and only wanted to explore the app. If you want to look into the app beware they trap you and then your stuck with a charge of $60 even though you don't sign on for premium. I would give it no stars for not being professional or for not having a way to see the apps abilities without signing up right away. They are just ripping people off
