We have been attempting to become verified merchant but Pinterest keep denying our data source(product catalog). The reason is 'Merchant does not meet minimum website quality requirements'. We've made a lot of changes to our website and corrected all the possible violations to Pinterest merchant guidelines. But Pinterest keep rejecting our catalog. We have contacted Pinterest support for many times!!!! They only reply us with the same robot messages: Merchant does not meet minimum website quality requirements.We have contacted Pinterest support on their support center: ********************************************** Contacting them in this way can't solve our issues. Their replies are always same and not helpful at all! So we want someone from Pinterest can contact us back and approve the data source for us! Our website is not violating Pinterest merchant guidelines. We don't want to submit support ticket via Pinterest support center anymore because that will be not helpful at all! I created a Pinterest account that has 2.6k followers and 1.3million monthly views. I qualify to get paid from Pinterest but when I attempted to they suspended my account. I can post on Pinterest but I can not set up payment. When I filed a complaint with Pinterest I was told no suspension was placed on my account. I use my account to target black women and girls and make them feel seen on Pinterest. Pinterest made it to where I can no longer add black women or black girls to tags for related topics. The tags help you get more engagement and helps you reach your target audience.Business Response

Pinterest has been connected to my website since 2020. Somehow my old catalog was updated instead of my new one and my pintrest shop and verified merchant status was removed. I immediately removed the catalog and added my updated one. Pintrest had already removed me for violations which was fine so I appealed and explained my situation and let them know everything was fixed, up to date and following guide lines. My appeal was rejected asap and the have been giving me standard computer responses and not actually replying. They have closed multiple tickets despite not tending to my issue or even checking that it was fixed and just keep saying generic responses instead of actually looking up the issue and seeing that things are fixed. I no longer have the option to appeal and any time I try and contact I am getting the same response. This has been fixed and dealt with but multiple people assigned to tickets regarding this issue have not tended to the actual ticket and marked it closed despite having nothing answered or resolved. If they would actually look at the ticket and the catalog attached they would see everything if following g guidelines and fixed but nobody is doing their job over there. It is now taking toll on my business and I cannot get ahold of a real person to help with my issue. Someone read my message and closed the ticket- no action was taken and none of my concerns or issued addressed. This is redundant. I have opened multiple tickets with no help. It says if you believe there was an error to contact customer service - to which they replied they couldn't give me information and that they were closing my help ticket again.No action has been taken and there is no satisfactory with the response or customer service.

I signed up for an account with Pinterest and received 150 credits with them for advertisement. Someone reached out to me and helped established my 3rd ad at *****, I thought it was too much so that evening I switched it back to **** per day so that I would not incur a debt that I cannot afford. Next thing I know the account blew through the credit having me owe a little over ****** in cost which Pinterest politely debited my account for. That same day, I reached out to the 2 people I communicated with and asked why did they change my ad cost, they claimed they knew nothing and did not do it but yet it was done. I closed the account immediately and a few days later still being charged for ads that are ****** and *****. I reached back out to the person that assisted me and they told me to contact the help center, in which I have already done it. I am requesting all of my money back immediately, my debit/financial information removed/no longer debited for Pinterest disposal, and I want absolutely nothing else to do with Pinterest. The total that I am requesting back is 21.30+******+5.38=131.68.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: They have done absolutely nothing to assist me accept tell me to put in a ticket for a refund. I have put in a ticket for a refund and since then I have received another person asking me for assistance to do business with me. I do not want to conduct business with Pinterest and they seem to be horrible with conducting issues and only want to take your money instead of assistanting. They seem to ignore any problems and only want to come in for getting business and take money and it stops there!

I have repeatedly reached out to customer service for support and gotten no help whatsoever. This issue has gone on for more than a year. Every time without fail, my request for help has been met only with an automated response asking me to rate the agent interaction/general customer service. Again, I have had no interaction with an agent and have not been provided any customer service. It is virtually impossible to contact this business. Nothing I do works. I just want to speak with someone to resolve my issue. This doesnt feel like an unreasonable request. My last attempt to reach out was between 10/20/22 and 10/25/22. There is no way for me to find the specific date of my attempt to contact support. I received the automated response today, 10/27/22. The only response Ive ever gotten from Pinterest has been this automated email. I feel like Im going crazy because they repeatedly ask me to rate an interaction Ive never had.Business Response

I have a LinkedIn account with my picture. I noticed when I searched my name on ****** it is showing my picture from LinkedIn and it says I have a Pinterest account with my other email ********************* I never had a Pinterest account and never uploaded my picture to their website. I tried to sign into Pinterest to remove my picture and delete and close any information they have about me. I contacted them and my information and my picture are still showing on my ****** search of my name. I would like my picture removed immediately and the account closed.
