    I purchased an oura ring and online their advertising states shipment within 3-5 business days. After purchasing it still hadn't shipped so I reached out saying I needed it to be shipped because I was moving and noted their online advertising. They went ahead and shipped it. Then the package got lost in the mail and has been missing with no tracking update since July 12th. I spent over an hr of my own time on the phone with DHL and **** who both said they didn't have the package and the company would need to reship the prouduct and the only thing that could be done is an investigation but the company would have to do it, not me. I relayed all of this to their support email which is operated by a bot. They take a full day + to respond to every email and when they do respond they have no information and no solution. I asked for the product to be reshipped overnight because theyd not met FTC regulation of shipping within the amount of time they said they would. No response. I asked for a refund, no response. I sent a message on Instagram, Reddit and to atleast 10 executives at Oura w/ tracking information on Linkedin and told them what was happening, no response. They have my money, almost $600 dollars and I have no product and its missing which they've acknowledged, but wont reship the product or respond to my request for a refund. This company is borderline fraudulent. I want my product overnighted or a refund immediately.They say they have a live agent but they do not. Everytime you try to speak to a live agent on their chatbox it tells you to submit a ticket. Which goes to a bot supported email.I've had two different support people over two days say theyd reach out to the carrier to figure out where the package is. One yesterday (who I've not heard back from) and another today (who I let know someone already said theyd do that and clearly hasn't) Worst customer experience. Borderline fraudulent and should not be doing business in the states.

    I am within the period to receive free warranty replacement. I initially had my charger replaced but my ring is still not working. I was told ** hear back within 24 hours to troubleshoot the issue and then get a replacement if needed. (Mind you, this process takes several days to begin with because you only hear back from support once a day). The problem is that Im still paying for a subscription when my product is defective and no support is being offered whatsoever. Major scam.
