    As reported by others, the free trial is a scam to get you signed up while giving you no way to cancel, resulting in getting billed $37 per month. Yes, you are able to find a page on their website explaining how to cancel, but the information is not current and does not work. It directs you to a particular page and directs you to find a cancellation link on that page, but there is no link. Eventually, you will probably find the phone number to contact them, but when you call it, it tells you to handle everything online. Then you find an option to enter your own phone number and someone from another country calls you back and asks for way more sensitive information than they should need, including your complete name, last four of your credit card, postal zip code, etc. And then they say they cant discontinue the subscription over the phone and theyll send an email. You can guess how this turns out: the email just delays you by asking for more of the same info, or promising to have someone call you in the next few days, or setting you up to try again online. Its all a total scam consisting of free trial subscriptions that turn into monthly memberships that you cant cancel, and which delay you at every turn to continue getting monthly fees out of you.

    I utilized Formswifts services for a one time thing. I was aware that it was going to be a reoccurring subscription. I did not notice the transactions for a few months. I contacted them by phone and email to be informed that essentially they dont care and per the terms of service they will not issue even a partial refund. I have never had any company not only trick me into a subscription but also not offer a refund for something I have not been using. I think their practices are unethical and that theyre taking advantage of people by enrolling them in a subscription they do not want. They are apart of Dropbox, which Ive never had any issues with. But other companies such as *****, *****, Metro bikes, Quickbooks etc, have all issued me refunds for accidental subscriptions that I did not intend for, even after the start date. They claim me signing up and providing payment info (intended for a one time use), signs me up for an auto renewal and claim it is standard practice for subscriptions. In my experience that is not true.

    In Jan 2024 I used the free 7 day trial from Form Swift to create a lease document but did not agree to a reoccurring service. I have been billed $37 a month since then to the amount of $481. I'm trying to stop the charges and receive a refund but it's very difficult to do so. This is a theme based on the online feedback on Form Swift.

    Begining of August I purchased a couple day trial from formswift and on August 8th 2024 trail ended and purchased one month since I forgot to deactivate. I am ok with that as it was my fault. I then deactivated the agreement on August 8th 2024. Then September 8th 2024 October 8 2024 and November 8th 2024 I was hit for three charges before I realized it. I am currently in an email with a **** from the company they have told me I was deactivated on August 8th 2024 and I am wrong they never took any more money. I have provided bank statement screen shots and they are telling me I am wrong and they will not compensate $111.I have long list of emails that can be forwarded.

    This company I used for one thing and never agreed to a trial or subscription. They have been charging me every month and they say they cant find my account details when I e tried to get them to stop and get a refund. I dont know what to do at this point

    I did a trial with firms *****. Then I contact them via chat to cancel cause I can't afford the 40 bucks a month then we gad to go through enail then they said they help me delete the account everything be fine. Then they billed me anyways the 40 bucks abd niw I can't even use it since they deleted the accojnt.

    I didnt sign up for my debit card to be billed for any charges. On Monday October 8th 2024 form swift withdrew $37.00. I have repeatedly sent them the card #, name on card , amount etc to get them to refund my $. However they wont. Id be happy to send you all of the messages they have sent me

    On 9/11/24 I went on FormSwift website to order forms for power of Attorney I entered All my information and my payment then my sister decided she wanted to go have it done With a Notary Republic. I went back through all the pages and deleted everything. I went back and checked everything was removed. I didnt think my card would be charged Because they didnt have any information in their system. I got my bank statement in The mail and FormSwift had taken $40.61 out of my account. I called them never could Talk to a person on the phone had to do texting I sent them a text explaining what had happening they this went on for 2or 3 days. Today they text me said they couldnt refund My money they sent me something about their policy I didnt understand any of it.I am 73 years on a fixed income I got nothing for my money I just want my money back.I dont need the form. The money was taken from my bank account on 9/13/24.
