    This company is a scam!! They try and obtain parts of your credit card information over the phone to cancel a membership I did not authorize. I had to cancel my credit card and file fraud charges! Do NOT GIVE THEM any information about yourself!

    This company is a scam. Charged me for 10 months after canceling. Had emails showing the confirmation of cancellation, but refused full refund. Product was substandard.

    Just like all of the other reviews reported they are a scam. They may get quite upset after a class action suit if filed. I cancelled on their site yet I'm still get getting charged. Try to reset password does not work. Will dispute billing on my credit card. Actually rated as less than one star.Sad they rip off people at their pleasure.**** M.J.D.

    This is a scam. You cant cancel or even talk to anyone. BBB should do something to get everyones money back.

    SCAMMERS - Never canceled subscription, advised a full refund, then lied and only refunded 1 month - do not enter your information into their system - there is a reason they are not registered with the BBB - they will also refuse to escalate the call to a manager.

    I did a one time purchase, and the document does not even work and now they are asking for another credit card number. I am not giving it to them again. it is ridiculous, they did nothing that they said they would. I am going to dispute the charge as soon as possible.

    FormSwift is horrible to deal with. Everything anyone said in their reviews is absolutely true. I needed a Bill of Sale form, which in retrospect, I should have just done on my own. I filled all the paperwork out, twice. Then sent them the $1.95 which they took out immediately. Was never able to get form to work even after contacting them for help, which was no help at all. When I tried to cancel, it was impossible and they said I had to pay another $14.95 to send a registered letter to cancel. Then said they would take $37.00 or $38.00 out of my account each month. I got no services and a lot of run-around. SCAM. I am an elderly widow and cannot afford to pay for something I am not getting or needing. I, too, wish there was a score less than one star.

    I have been trying to cancel a 7 day free trial since the same day of signing up because the document I was seeking was not on the platform. I sent various emails requesting assistance with cancelling the subscription and every response provided inaccurate information on how to cancel the subscription in the portal. I finally was able to speak with an agent via phone and it was the worst customer services that I have ever encountered. The agent was argumentative, unprofessional and spoke to me in a tone that should have had him fired. I was surprised that he would do this on a recorded line, yet I am assuming this company maybe a scam. I requested that he escalate my call and he responded there is nowhere to escalate it too so have a great day and then he proceeded to disconnect my call. I requested confirmation that my free trial subscription was cancelled successfully, he claimed that it was and refused to provide any support. When looking into the portal it reflects that the account is still open and active on my end. In the case that money is removed from my account I am ensuring that I have support of everything concerning this company to move forward in a civil action against them.
