    I was contacted in regards to being approved for a ***************************** to receive the funds I would have to send them a payment in advance via ******. When I realized this was fraud I contacted my bank and reported this as fraud and to block any incoming transactions. This company is continuously debiting my account and now have my account overdrawn by 2000. These charges need to be reversed and my bank has been trying to resolve this issue. This is fraud and this company is taking advantage of those who are in a need and causing more financial distress

    I was applying for loans and I got a phone call from this particular loan company Quickloans America. The lady called and told me that they can approve me for $3000 if I do the following: Provide her with my bank account information, I did that. Next she was going to deposit some money ($752.24) into my bank account for me to cash app it. The money was deposited into my account the very next day. I called her to let her know that the funds were deposited into my account. Then she tells me to send the money $499.00 to ******* ******* and $244.00 to ***** ********. I did that. She told me to give her 30 minutes and the $3000 will be deposited into my account. Then I told her that I no longer needed the loan and to delete my account information. All of this occured on January 16, 2025. On January 22, 2025, I check my bank account and it was -******. I called the bank and they told me that the merchant **************************** did an stop payment on my account and the check was returned making me responsible for all of the charges. I would like a refund for this account plus an apologize. I don't even know who this company is. The bank told me that I was responsible for the charges. I want them to pay back that overdraft fee

    I was approved for a loan with Quick Loans America and given a promissory note to sign and also granted access to my account. They stated once they were given access and could verify they would deposit the funds immediately. I have not heard back from them. I have tried multiple times to reach them with no response by calling back the ****** number they called from repeatedly. I have safeguarded my account and changed all access info. This is truly a scam. Im hoping to stop someone else from going through. I knew better than to give access to my accounts and was hesitant. I also needed the money badly. My account was ****** there was nothing they could take from me. I also attached a copy of the promissory note hoping it doesnt show up on my credit report. I wanted and needed them to deliver on their end but after 24hrs going back and forth I knew they werent going to deliver.

    These people were extremely pushy and rude. They wanted my login information for the bank account I could use to receive funds and they didn't care about it not having my name on it. They also became extremely difficult, rude and disrespectful when I was unable to accomplish what they wanted.

    They are a fraud loan company that calls from a bunch of random numbers. They wanted my bank information to deposit a check. They wont say where the money is coming from. When I asked for a verification email, they sent a pdf. Of fake loans papers with copied and pasted seals and approval stamps. I called my bank immediately. To let them know and block any of those transactions. Especially because I saw similar things on here. Ive also attached pictures and a pdf. of what this looks like.

    Hello, I applied for a loan online and received a call from Quick Loans America stating I was approved. I gave them my info, and they informed me that I needed to improve my credit, so they would send me a short-term loan that I would pay back in the morning. After finalizing the loan, I did more research and found they were a fraud. This company has scammed several people out of their bank accounts and caused severe financial distress. I have contacted my bank to stop this check from depositing into my account. This company wants to deposit a check into my account, which I have to repay in the morning to increase my score and receive the loan. I want advice on the next step and whether this transaction can be stopped.

    I was approved for a loan. Then they told me they need to boost my credit and they needed to do a quick loan. And I was to send it right back. Then my account got flaged and closed they took me for ***************************************************************************** and my kids to go. I also nolonger have have a checking account. I was approved for a 4000$ loan according to them.

    Similar complaints as the rest of complainants. Gave my banking info to acquire a loan, and they went in and reversed charges, and now my account is -$2000.

    This company claims to be an online loan company but it is a scam. They told me I had to get my credit score up to do a personal loan. They said I needed to complete a short term loan first. They asked me to take the money they sent me and send it back right away to be eligible for a longer term loan. Once I saw the money in my account I knew something was wrong. It didnt post as one amount from their company. They took my car insurance bill from the last 3 months and reversed the payment. Luckily when I called my car insurance company they did not get affected. It will affect my bank account though. Luckily I caught on and did not send them any money. I filed a claim with my bank and they know the money it says I have isnt real. I saved myself from getting fully scammed but they are still preying on others.
