      On 6/21/24 my sofi checking account had 5 fraudulent transactions it appeared that someone had skimmed my debit card and was using it in *******. I disputed all 5 transactions but 2 of the disputed transactions were denied. I sent in proof that I wasn't anywhere near the store where the transactions were made so I couldn't make the transactions but sofi doesn't care. They claim that somehow I made the transactions and aren't giving me my money back even though I clearly was driving a company truck in another state and couldn't possibly have made the transactions at the time.

      So Fi Bank is the most worse annoying bank ever all they do is take peoples money and give the run around i opened a checking account with them and as a new account i added funds via direct deposit and they block my access to my account and claim they will mail me a check with my account balance i have yet to receive its stupid that they cant give me any info besides "back office" to which dont have a number is closing my account and should have recieved my check within 4 weeks up to and it has not been months

      I THINK THATS IT'S JUST SOMETHING THEY SAY to the customer to brush them off because the back office will reach out to you in 5 to 7 business days I have yet to receive any type of response and they just can't give me run around for over a year now and that's just ridiculous and account we're only one transaction from a direct deposit is in violation from my own account to a brand new account to fund the account like how the hell does that work it's ridiculous why would they give you so much grief about giving me my own money

      I have a sofi bank account, I deposited a check that was signed over to me from my mom, Sabrina w***, that was made out to her. When it was supposed to be made out to me it was a check from a side job I did for a cleaning company they made it to my mom because she was doing my dealings with the company over the phone so when we got the check my mom signed it over to me, I deposited into sofi in Dec of 2022 , they cleared it for deposit stamping on back , within 15 minutes of the funds hitting my available balance they froze my account for my protection , crazy they pay me interest on my money they holding captive, I have called and called and keep getting, its being reviewed if we need anything further we will reach out . Its been 2 years I worked for this money and its needed I was unable to pay for things I had rented to complete the job in time. I demanded they close my account and mail me a check. I get no where. This is beyond frustrating I just want my money. The check was cleared, did not bounce, they are paying me interest. They had the check for 3 days before they even cashed it . Then to keep my money, frozen for 2 years and blow me off. I need help with getting my funds

      I am rejecting this response because: I have been told for 2 years , I would receive calls, responses from someone that could better assist me and those calls, responses never come. I'm forwarding screenshots of my account , showing how they been paying me interest on my money they have refused to allow me, also a file showing when they cleared my check, then froze it .And now since I contacted bbb sofi just deducted -$3 off change from the interest they paid me . Lmao with no explanation why but I don't care about that they can keep all the interest I just want the amount I worked for and deposited 2 years ago

      8/6/24 and 8/10/24 two pending charges were made by carnival I debarked the ship on 8/13/24 my account was charged ****** to reconcile my bill. I called SOFI to ask why my account was negative as I was not aware this amount was charged to my account. When I returned to ******* I called Sofi and was told I need to get the ledger showing that i reconciled my account and they would release my pending holds. I had carnival email this information to me, again I called Sofi and I was told they won't accept this and have to wait until 9/6 snf 9/8 to have the holds removed, this is almost 300 that they are refusing to give back to me eventhough I have the proof that the account is paid in full. the rep are rude, they turned off my card said I needed another one, so now I not only don't have access to my funds, I can't pay my bills and all of my current bills that are on scheduled on this account are bouncing. now I have overdrafts and no accountability on their behalf

      Dear BBB My SoFi account was restricted on 7/18/24 for reasons unknown to me. I called SoFi customer service and they said that it might be due to a mismatch in name on a direct deposit. I explained that I used original used an alias on that account and didn't notice that i need to change to my legal name when i transferred to Sofi.The agents took notes and told me they cannot process this matter and it needs to go to another department for review. Ok, i said i'll wait to hear back. 3 days later nothing happened so i made several calls throughout the week and the following week, only to be told that there is nothing they can do on their end. Note that i currently have ~$12k sitting in the account that i need to pay bills with. I have already started getting payment return fees from other banks.On 8/2/24 715 AM of my time, i received a call from a UTAH number ************. I missed the call as i it was 7am and i wasn't awake yet. 7am is not business hour in most places. The voicemail was from a person named *** from Sofi. I called back the very same day and no one answered and i left a voicemail with my information. 3 days went by and again no one called me back. I called *** again and left another few voicemails throughout the following week. Nothing happened.So now i'm more than a month in with my funds being held, and not a single person at Sofi can help me or explain to me what i need to do. I just called ***'s number again and now it's not even going to voicemail. It has a ringtone as if the line is no longer active. Please someone from SoFi please help me out. Either let me know what to do next or give me my money back so that i can pay bills. Otherwise i have no choice but to go to small claims court, and i'm sure many others are experiencing the same issues as me. My account is the same as my email address.Thank you,*******************

      My wife made our Aug 18th personal loan payment. The next day we received a email that our payment was late. I called & talked to customer service. They treated me like I was stupid. Wouldn't let me talk to a manager, then they hung up on me when I became angry at the way they were treating me. 3 days later my account is still not fixed & I am receiving late notices from them. I have never had a late payment. I have requested they fix this & they keep giving me the run around. I'm very unhappy with the way they are treating me.

      They are contacting me regarding an account I never created which is fraud. Once I let them know that they account was not opened by me they sent me an email stating the account was done being set up. I did not verify email through the link that was sent

      I had opened an account with **********************. I had gotten a bunch of deposits from my fiancee from the army. In less than Twenty four hours money was taken out of the account without my approval. I call the customer service and dispute the charges and they said they will look into it and freeze my account and card. The next day money was taken again and I called SoFi and they locked the account. I waited a couple of days and I was locked out my online access. I called SoFi and they said that my account was going to be closed due to a violation of the member service agreement, they also told me that I didn't have any dispute or claim for the $2400 that was taken.
