      I started receiving emails they opened an account under my name and email and money transactions were happening under this account. I never opened an account with them. I called the fraud department and they still have not responded. They put a temporary restriction on the account but did not close the account. They obviously dont verify who opens accounts and I now have a fraudulent account under my name doing who knows what.

      I am rejecting this response because: They have not closed the account. And until I receive notification from them I cannot accept their answer that they are just sending me a consent form. They didn't go through all this to open an account under my name. So I cannot accept this answer as there is no confirmation they closed the account.

      I continue to receive SoFi offers at my residence, addressed to my ex-boyfriend, who moved out over 5 years ago. I have repeatedly asked SoFi to remove both his name and my address from their mailing lists. I have made these requests via postal mail and their website. They continue to send me offers, both in his name and in my name. It is upsetting to be repeatedly and unexpectedly reminded of my emotionally abusive ex. All I want is to be removed from their mailing list.

      The beginning of March, 2022, I received a credit card from SoFi. I never applied for a card nor did I ever give them the authority to run a hard inquiry on my credit. I received two monthly statements for $462.21.I have called them multiple times, spoken to at least 5 different people, or just get lost in the phone system. It is very frustrating. I want this card closed and taken off of my credit report.Looking for any help you can give me.Thank you!

I believe the issue has been resolved, I just cannot understand why they continue to hold my money and keep telling me lies.

      My paycheck was direct deposited into my checking account with Sofi on March 16th 2022. Somehow someone made a charge on my account. I live in *********** ********* but all my mail goes to my moms house in ********* **********. My debit card with Sofi got sent to my moms house and was not activated. The only device linked to my account is my iPhone 13. During the time of the incident my phone was dead. I plugged my phone to charge and when it turned back on had seen that I got paid. Then I saw a charge for $800. I called Sofi customer service right away to let them know about the charge. Put in a dispute and waiting for Sofi security team to call me. A few days went by and I was going through my email saying that my dispute was denied and that it was a valid charge I called them back to talk to someone else. I live paycheck to paycheck and I dont know the person who made the charge. The person who charged my account is ***********************. I transferred the rest of my money to my girlfriend ********************* because I dont have my debit card and she also has a Sofi account.

      MISLEADING & PREDATORY BEHAVIOR/ACTS I've received numerous emails/mail solicitations from SoFi inquiring about the chance to refinance my student loans. Upon finally considering, I visited their website & began an initial application process -- prior to submitting, I was shown a page that told me how much my monthly payments would be, something that didn't seem accurate given the information they have shown on their website, so I called SoFi the next day (March 10th). I spoke with a representative the next day March 10th (***********************) who explained to me via the phone that "in order to not have a payment started next month, from wanting to transfer my federal loans" a new application should be filled out, in which only my federal loans should be transferred. He then messaged me via SoFi with the following link -- https://www.sofi.com/refinance-student-loan/ (screenshot #1)Checking SoFi's website, I want to confirm that this page has now been updated, but luckily/fortunately, I took screenshots I also noticed they created a new Entity 2 days after my initial inquiry about this misleading/predatory information. (See screenshots #2, Screenshot #3 and Screenshot #4, Screenshot #5)After getting nowhere with SoFi, as the representative I reached out to quit responding, I found out who my new loan was serviced through -- Mohela -- https://mohela.com/ (Private Loan)I called Mohela in an attempt to understand why interest had started accruing on my refinanced loan, in addition to attempting to explain the misleading & deceitful acts. Unfortunately, that conversation did not go smoothly & as a result, began to be harassed the following day via Robocalls (See screenshot #6) I have had to change my phone settings & block several of these #s as it has begun to cause psychological damage, further impacting my well-being. I actually went to the cardiologist Monday for chest complications & the unwarranted stress yesterday did not help things.

      I want SoFi to close my account and stop charging me $1 every month. I had attempted to log back in to deactivate my account, but the account says my password is incorrect. I even tried to get reset links to my account many times only for SoFi to never send them. I want my account DELETED once and for all. I want them to remove their access to my bank account and to give me back my money.

      My identity was stolen and an account was opened with Sofi under my old name. I have tried to contact them and no one will help me to resolve/close this accounts. I get put on hold for more than a half hour and then disconnected twice.

      My identity was ************* opened up Sofi credit card account in my name. I have lost track how many times I have contacted Sofi about this matter. After a month I finally received a call from their fraud department saying it will take a month to investigate this matter. It's been 2 months since this happened & charges that were made on the card are still on my credit report. This company's customer service is absolutely horrible.
