I got paid 7/4/24 and paid some bills before bed. Woke up 7/5/24 and went to get some things and breakfast before work. Everything was fine. I got to worked and locked my card so I wouldnt be tempted to use it. Upon checking my account around 11AM, Im met with a notification that my checking and savings account has been suspended and to call the 1800 number. I immediately take my lunch and called. I was on hold for almost an hour only to be told that they cant see a reason why its suspended. Okay.. odd. I check my email and the emailed me at 955 AM stating my debit card was locked and both of my accounts were suspended with an email address to correspond too. I have not been told the reason why my account is suspended nor has any one contacted me in regards to the matter. First I was told it was a violating to an agreement then I was told that it was because of suspicious transactions. Ive had them call before in the pass to have me verify those transactions and Im good to go. Im just been told its under review and to wait for a email correspondence. Nothing has changed about my account besides the job in which I get direct deposit for. Its the second deposit from them so theres nothing that would remotely look suspicious. Im a single mother of 2 and every dime I had to my name is in this account. My lights are due in 4 days, I have rent that needs to be paid, and no one is telling me anything. One representative laughed that me on the phone as ** having an anxiety attack saying she didnt know what to tell me and thats what the back office told her. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor to try to resolve this news hung up on. Before this, I referred people to upgrade like crazy but now I just want access to my funds to be able to provide for my kids and cut ties. This is the worse experience of my life and has caused anxiety attacks back to back, worrying about if Im find to have access to my money to pay bills or Ill be homeless.Never again.
