Upgrade made the application process fair and easy. By consolidating my credit card debt I was able to reduce my monthly combined payment and a reduced interest rate. I was so pleased with the Upgrade process that I applied for an additional consolidation loan. Very pleased and would highly recommend Upgrade.Review from Lawanna A

Upgrade card is a scam. They tell you it's a loan but acts as a credit card but will drop your credit limit for no reason and not notify you. Then they'll close your account on their end even with a perfect payment history (and will notify you via email and it will go to your junk/spam box) and report it to the credit bureaus as an open account in good standing.Review from Sandra T

Was presented to me as a credit card...literally says available credit is $..... but yet you don't have access to if your FICO score changes...which they run monthly apparently...never been late on a payment...was told it's technically a loan and they can suspend your account permanently if something changes on your credit. I sold a house which dropped my score because I didn't have any debt. It's misleading and it should say on your online account only the balance owed toward said loan and not say you have an available credit limit of $.... if in truth it's not.Review from Michele C
