      I signed up for a monthly subscription. They did not make it clear that they define this as an annual subscription, billed monthly. Their membership contract states that if a monthly payment membership cancellation is approved, it will cancel the first calendar day of the next month. They are attempting to force me to stay in my membership for a year, until November 2025 despite this.

      I was seeking medical assistance and looking for information. Yet, I was not told that a simple phone call was ****** dollars. Nor does it mention it on the website. After speaking with a representative I decided that the Tia services were not for me and canceled on September 6 2023 and just today, November 29 2023, I received a bill of ****** dollars. However, I never received any services from neither a nurse, doctor, therapist. The phone call was only to obtain information. The bill is excessive, it feels like a scam.

      I had requested my membership to be cancelled in December, which the Tia did not fulfill.I realised over a month ago that I was still getting charged for their services even though I never used it, and reached out again to their customer support to request that my membership be cancelled. They responded with a discounted membership offer, which I'd declined. I also reiterated that I just wanted to cancel my membership and stop being charged. Since then, I'd sent two additional messages and have not received a response.It feels a little like a fraud when customer support goes unresponsive when my most recent request to cancel remains outstanding for over a month, causing me to be charged for another month.
