    I have been using Helix for over a year now and absolutely love the services that they provide for me. I speak with my personal health professional every time I need to have bloodwl work taken, *** adjusted, supplements refilled and so much more.Over the course of my treatment, I have had noticeable increases in energy, positive shift in mood and the *** has assisted in my weight loss goals.At-home testing with the concierge service is above and beyond. The staff they have are extremely professional, quick and a pleasure to work with. I would suggest using them to anyone that is in the market for ***.

    I often get sinusitis and ear infections especially during heavy pollen seasons. I had a headache for a couple of days and recognized it was my usual problem. There's a lot of flu going around in my area so I decided to avoid a doctor's ****** and do a online visit. After googling virtual visit *************** I went with HelixVM. Put all my info in, answered a questionnaire and was told I'd be notified about picking up my prescription. My insurance denied the claim of $*******!! The website says maximum out of pocket $95.00!! This sits is a RIP Off BEWARE!? A trip to the emergency room isn't a thousand bucks. I'm willing to pay 95 but no way in h*** a *******!

    STAY AWAY!You were warned, helixvm is not trustworthy. Signed up for TRT, input my insurance, submitted history to Dr.... *** for nothing. My only interaction with the "Dr" was a message stating he would refer me to sometime else.... No, I put in for TRT, HelixVM should've put me to the right Dr, instead I'm supposedly charged $500 to BCBS PPO with a "discount" since nothing was covered by BCBS, bringing my bill to $88 to never even speak to a Dr! $88 to receive a message to see another Dr... Will be filling multiple complaints against this company and a complaint with AMA against Dr

    This is honestly why we detest BBB. BBB does nothing to vet consumer complaints. This complaint is not for Helix MWR. We do not facilitate ibuprofen prescriptions. We do not treat migraines. We do *************** for hormone-balancing! We are invite-only. Securing an invite is tough (if you know a Helix MWR member, you can ask them to invite you). Good luck all!

    This virtual medical evaluation service is somewhat of a scam after what I experienced. Researching other victims situations, I am certainly far from the only one gaslighted by HelixVM. With no medical clinics being open in the area on a recent vacation weekend and feeling despret to get antibiotic eye drops to clear up a worsening pinkeye infection, I found this site stating they could treat pinkeye from a list of common illnesses. I went through the lengthy service diagnostic questions and comments and it stated I should receive communication about a possible prescription within 90 minutes. Five hours later I finally received a text stating the prescription had gone through to the pharmacy. I then drove the 45 minutes to the closest open ********* Pharmacy that I had requested the prescription to be sent to. The pharmacist tech with an odd look on her face walked from behind the counter to the retail shelves, grabbed an over the counter eye drop box and placed it in a prescription bag. I inquired about this being for pink eye and she referred to the pharmacist. He stated this might help with symptoms, but in no way would this help clear up pink eye since it was not an antibiotic. He could read my dismay and frustration, agreeing I had been bamboozled by this sketchy online website. Why did I go through the time, hassle and expense on a over the counter eye drop I could have purchased five minutes down the road from my hotel on my own? I ultimately visited a walk in clinic the next day back home and received the proper antibiotics. The PA couldn't believe the online "diagnostic service" prescribed me a non-antibiotic eyedrop. He stated it was almost malpractice. Consumers beware. Stay away from HelixVM.

    I cant recommend Helix MWR more. The doctors are very professional and the phlebotomists always competent and on time. And they come to you! I have a great team to keep my hormones at a good level and a great deal of renewed energy since I started. Before Helix I was having a lot of menopausal symptoms and very tired all the time. Ive received discounts from Helix MWR as well.

    Ive been using Helix for about 6 months now. Ive seen my energy levels, mood and libido increase significant levels since starting. They have a really great staff and the process is super simple. Ive received discounts from Helix MWR and they have a great referral program as well.
