1 starI almost cut my foot off surfing . Had to have three surgeries. Had a lot of scar tissue and doc suggested I could try semoralin and ************ for a few months . I joined no club and informed them I would only be ordering for a short time. They agreed . However , next they charged my Amex black card monthly without my knowledge for over a year . They charged me over 4500 dollars and for all those charges never sent a receipt nor any meds so had no idea. They then falsely claimed I had joined a membership. Never did. In fact they charged me for blood tests , which , if you are a member , they waive those charges . Anyway, avoid this company like the plague. Luckily **** has integrity and Amex refunded all my money. Since I spend 100k-400k per month with Amex , they clearly and rapidly determined - they hate Helix scammed me. Ive been using Helix for the last 5 years and my experience has been extremely consistent quality care and professionalism. My meds arrive on time an enacted with care which I really appreciate! Not to mention my health has greatly improved and Im a 56 year old man whos back to working out!Ive received discounts from Helix MWR.Helix MWR

I contacted this company in 12/2024 after seeing their ********** online. I inquired to find out if they could fill a Rx for me and they charged me $79.00 for the inquiry and did not fill the Rx. What a rip-off.Helix MWR

5 starsAs a female on hormone replacement therapy for more than a decade, the Quality of care, customer, service, and product has never been close to what Helix has provided for me. Closely monitoring my bloodwork and ensuring a patient complete doctors visit every time I have new bloodwork makes me feel well cared for, and I feel better than ever!. I not only feel better on a daily basis but physically look better, leaner with improved muscle tone. I maintain a healthy diet and consistent exercise program. 5 starsI had been with a competitor for YEARS before finding Helix. Superior in ALL aspects of care. I have a couple favorite things about Helix... 1st: My regular bloodwork, adjustments and Doctor visits are amazing. 2nd: The results are amazing and I have never felt better or more youthful!! The options for care are seemingly endless. Love this place. I contacted this medical office via the Internet and ask some questions in filled out all the information which they said you had to do to get any kind of response. When I told them what my medical issue was their response was they were unable to handle my condition at this time. That's all fine and ***** but now they're chasing me every month saying that the doctor has posted my bill and I owe him $77 Plus when I didn't even see a doctor talk to her doctor or anything. I spent $95 and was told that I would meet with a provider, also on their website it lists that they prescribe certain medications which they certainly do not. I just had a video call with ***********************. He was extremely rude. He hung up on me just because I was unhappy with the companys service. He just said, I am ending this appointment. Then he hung up on me. If I could, I would leave this company zero stars. They are very sketchy and super unprofessional. I have never had a doctor hang up on me before, absolutely do not use this company if you want help.Helix MWR

I have a charge from this company $146.75and I have no idea Who they are. *** contacted them, but they just sent me a generalized email over and over again. They do not look to see if I have an account. I dont have an account with their patient portal. Ive never heard of them.Helix MWR

5 starsHelixMWR is amazing! Timely delivery of all medications, they test for EVERYTHING important for hormone levels/monitoring and are proactive about adjusting medications/prescriptions as needed based on real testing. Testing is done in the comfort of my home and scheduling is a breeze. It is not cheap, but I am very satisfied with the results and feel hat it is worth the money. Ive received discounts from Helix MWR and will be using them indefinitely for my ongoing care. I refer friends and recommend them to anyone seeking assistance in hormone balancing.
