It’s a scam. Four times I have been billed almost one year after my appointment. They do not have transparency at all. Every time I contacted them about when my bill would arrive, I was told they were “still talking to my insurance”, but it does not not take 8-12 months to run a bill. They are over charging as well.

Its a scam. They have zero support. They arent even real doctors essentially. They cant figure out insurance and have already wasted way more than enough time of mine that they should be paying me. DO NOT USE THEM

They are awful. I had a really great doctor, But trying to get the medication I needed switched to a pharmacy that was not out of stock was impossible. You cannot talk to anyone, only leave messages with bots. And it can be noon on Friday and you will not get a response until Monday at the earliest. Its unacceptable for the price that they charge.

Their doctors are primary care physicians who cannot get hired at reputable companies. The doctors take video appointments from their basements and they charge you without consent. I was overmedicated and undermedicated at the same time by a physician who said, "oh this is a simple condition, anyone can manage it. You don't need specialty care" but then he can't write a script correctly because he's not a specialist. Awful. I hate them.

The medical provider was confrontational and unhelpful in addressing or resolving my medical concerns (ADD). He did not do a proper medical evaluation, cut me off while trying to answer his vague questions, and rushed through his "exam". The protocols of the company are predatory and are not designed to meet long term medical needs and I felt like I was simply being pushed to have another pointless encounter. The response to my complaint internally with the company was that the encounter met the minimum billing standards and it was an opportunity to consult with a provider thing more. I was forced to address my medical concerns with another provider and company. This company was a waste of time and personal resources and as someone that works in medicine I would not advice anyone to use their services.

Total scam. Did their sleep study, submitted all that was required received a message on the ridiculous app that insure cards were not submitted. They were the first day not to mention if they weren't how did you bill insurance? Now the claim is because cards were not submitted (which is BS) its been archived and no longer valid. YOU ARE WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS WORLD.

The PA was rude. I thought he would prescribe or give me an idea of how to deal with ADD symptoms and he sends me back to my family doctor. It must be a scam I am afraid now they are going to charge for an initial appointment but if they do I will let my insurance company know. I will not pay them one cent. He was on there about five minutes and had a terrible attitude. Please people stay away from these quacks.

I had a tele health appointment through circle health in April of 2024. I paid my bill as soon as I got it. In September, I got an email that it wasnt paid. They tried to take it from my card on file but it declined. I sent them proof or prior payment but they kept trying to pull the funds again, a little under $300, until it went through. I was charged double for an already overpriced and worthless appointment. They said they offered sleep apnea treatment through their platform but dont mention until too late that its just for mild sleep apnea and not moderate or severe. So they didnt even offer any treatment options. They are unorganized at best and actively scamming people at worst. Stay away from this company, they cant do anything for their patients but rob them.
