I wish I had read these reviews before entrusting Circle Medical. I had my initial appointment with them almost a week ago. The doctor I saw told me that her team would reach out to my primary doctor for my medical records. I followed up twice, having heard nothing back, only to be told that this had not happened and that there was an issue with my insurance. I was informed that I needed to prove the insurance I was using was actually mine. What?! And why am I just hearing about this now? Why am I only learning about this because I followed up? The negligence of this company is unreal and unethical. I have ADHD, and figuring out who to use was already difficult enough. I would NEVER recommend this company, and I really hope they are investigated for questionable conduct at some point.Review from Miguel B

Find them online researching ADHD diagnosis. They offer online telehealth and I had an appointment with a Doctor. What they never disclosed is that they were going to make their doctor my *** I was looking help on diagnosing ADHD, not changing my ***. Be cautious their business model is to take you as a patient and transfer your preferred doctor *** to their staff.Review from Jay B

In my best attempts to give Circle medical a chance to seem legit as a business, I was unsuccessful. The app and website are non-functional. The policy for insurance and payments are fraudulent. The only thing that seems to work flawlessly is the ability to charge you a no-show fee when you are desperately trying to join the appointment yet are held back by incompetent technology. The support staff is kind enough, if you do decide to try and work with them, or already have and are checking the BBB because you thought it too good to be true, please give them the kindness and patience that all support staff deserve. They are not the reasons CM is this way, and they seem ready to assist you with any issues. If you have attempted to work with CM, I suggest you request an account deletion as is your federal right, so that they don't have any important information of yours on file. Always remember if it seems too good to be true it probably is. 0 out of 5 (4/5 for support staff)Review from Matthew J

There has to be illegal doings with this provider. I will be following this complaint with a formal complaint to my state's ************************** I have had nothing but issues since day one, where the verification code would never send for me to attend my appointment. Charged $50 for no-show fee. Got it reimbursed and the support person said they had the same issue. It's crazy how this is still an issue being reported months later. It took nearly a month for my medical records that I emailed to be added to my account so I could receive treatment. Delayed starting treatment by a month as a result. I had even signed for medical release to myself and also transfer to the provider... Never received my own medical documentation. I had to call my provider to gain access to my online portal to then download and email. So I essentially had to do their job for them. Lastly, I have paid TWICE for the same appointment. I initially paid through my HSA portal since I get the claims through there. Apparently, Circle Medical is incompetent with any type of paperwork and updating statuses of literally anything. I reached out prior to the autopay, which it is required to have a card on file by the way, to try and get the invoice status changed to pay. Well, the autopay charged my card for something I had already paid nearly 2 weeks earlier. Of course 3 days later, I have not heard anything. I have called general support, and they have "prioritized" my chat and "escalated" my issue... They can't do ANYTHING. I could get my no-show fee canceled, but I can't get my money refunded. Still no response. You absolutely cannot reach billing except through chat, which is extremely shady. I have now had a second invoice go through charged to my card, so now I don't have enough money to purchase my prescription because I have paid for 3 visits when I have only had 2. SCAM. I will be closing my account once my money is refunded. I will likely have to dispute the charge at this rate.Review from Bobby W

It started when I needed to reschedule an appointment and accidentally approved the appointment first before rescheduling it. So I had to cancel because there was no way to reschedule at that point. Terrible UX. I tried then to quickly reschedule the appointment but the app was not easy to navigate to find my doctor and all I needed was some quick help but it was a long delayed process. Short story, the software is not user friendly. Terrible UI. My ******* **************************** PA-C, told me he wanted to go through a rediagnosis with me and didnt feel I was properly diagnosed to begin with. Initially he was a good doctor and I fully believed he meant well until now. Fast forward and he has cancelled my appointments at the last minute THREE TIMES (why allow your schedule to show those times if youre not available?) but they dont show you the cancellations in your history, only the completed appointments. Trash. Terrible UI/UX. What kind of practice is this?? Do you doctors really feel good about being employed here? Do you feel as though youre ACTUALLY helping people or does it even matter? Youre working for tech **** who dont give a flying sh*t about anyone except their investors. For your own mental health, stay away from these quacks. However, if you want easy access to ********, aka amphetamine, then definitely reach out to them. I highly suggest it especially if you have an addiction or a dependency and a real doctor wont prescribe you because thats what these people thrive on. Lastly, I felt the urge to write this today because I was charged erroneously for an appointment that I didnt cancel. I got a message from customer service saying they werent going to charge and I was charged! Haha so now I have to take time out MY LIFE to get MY MONEY that was not supposed to be taken. This is time Ill never get back. This company has an integrity deficiency. If they charge me for their time, do you think they'll pay me for mine?Review from Victoria L

This was an awful experience. I am currently extremely sick. The doctor did not write the correct prescription directions and the pharmacy will not fill it. The doctor has not rectified it, and you cannot get anyone on the phone. The person that I am speaking through chat keeps apologizing, but not doing much to rectify the situation. I still do not have the medication when they stated the doctor is working today. They stated they sent an emergency request to rewrite the prescription, but the doctor never responded. Me and A Zoc Doc representative both tried contacting this number and sat on the phone for ***** min which led to the phone eventually hanging up or not leading to a representative. The second number was an office that I called and they stated the doctor no longer works the. The third number on record was received from CVS pharmacy, which was listed as a medical school that it temporarily closed and when you call it says it provides services to hospitalized patients only. There is talk without action. They are dealing with medication, not an Amazon package. This organization should be shut down immediately and the doctor should be reported.Review from Nika R

This is the worst service ever not to be trusted. They did not come through with it for me to do my sleep study and caused me my license. and then they tried to charge me at $30 again after I paid the $30 the day of the appointmentReview from Justin Y

Truly awful experience. I waited over 15 minutes for a provider that never showed. Now Circle is demanding a $50 missed appointment fee. Thankfully I took screenshots of waiting in the app for the provider to join. Avoid this group, its a pure money grab.Review from Ofira H

This is a medical practice that clearly prioritizes profits over patients. Even for a basic prescription refill request they will ask you to make an appointment so they can charge your insurance. I had a terrible cough and was prescribed a cough medication that my pharmacy told me didnt exist and would take weeks to obtain. Later, I asked for a refill on a prescription that I take to prevent migraines and my pharmacy told me they cant continue with processing since my doctor has not responded to the refill request. I repeatedly messaged Circle Medical if another doctor could simply refill the prescription since my doctor did not respond. Overall, terrible customer service and perverse incentives at this practice.Review from Carolyn W

Got charged $175 for a first patient fee that was not disclosed prior to the appointment - further, they never followed up with the results of my lab work - so I have no idea what to do moving forward in terms of what medications to take.
