            Subject: Urgent Assistance Required for Billing Discrepancy I am writing to seek your urgent assistance in resolving a billing discrepancy related to my account. On February 15, 2024, I made a full payment of $66.89, which was confirmed to have cleared, resulting in a zero balance on my account.On March 21, 2024, I spoke with ***** and a supervisor named *****, to whom I sent an email providing proof of this payment. I was informed that the payment investigation team would look into the matter. Despite the funds being deducted from my account, I received a bill from IRhythm on June 14, 2024, for $240.35, which still does not reflect the payment of $66.89.I kindly request your immediate attention to resolve this issue, ensuring that the payment is accurately recorded and the current outstanding balance is corrected accordingly.Thank you for your prompt assistance in this matter.

            They billed me $66.89 for a heart monitor in Jan so I paid them. I received my Tricare summary a few weeks later & found they had paid IRhythm $66.89. I called IRhythm and explained they got paid twice & the woman told me they'd send a check when they get notice of payment. After waiting a few months I called again & spoke to a very rude ******** denied that they got paid. Finally, after waiting again, I contacted ************** confirmed that they did get paid so the customer service representative said she would send the *********** a letter showing it was processed & they did get paid.I received that letter dated June 3, so I thought surely by now, on June 13 they would have gotten it. I called today (6-13-24) and they denied they got the letter & still claim they did not get paid. My check was deposited on 2-5-24 & now I'm tempted to demand interest on that check. Then they had the nerve to ask me to stay on the line to answer a survey!
