February 9 the problem started. Game I was playing paid credits for level 12, but did not after I achieved level 27. Started trouble ticket with Tapjoy, sent screen captures showing my game level and other photos requested. They sent the following... "We regret to inform you that your issue was found to be ineligible for the reward, due to the following: Not meeting the requirements of the offer - Violation of our Terms of Service while using our Services. " I asked what that meant. That I'm 69 years old and do not know how to cheat. That if I made an error, please allow me to fix it. I'm not tech savvy. I have played many Tapjoy games to earn credits for *** golf. Seems like they like to bully folks if the urge strikes. Today I played a different game and received no credits after passing 3 pay levels. Now it appears I'm blackballed from Tapjoy. The only cheaters here are Tapjoy.Business Response

It is clear they have been repeatedly unhelpful. I submitted proof of level achieved and they lied and said I didn't qualify. Tapjoy has a famous history about being deceitful. Here's just one case... ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************.Hundred of WGT golf players speak badly about Tapjoy and how they deny most players their rewards.
I have at least 300 credits coming to me. There are many more, but proving them is futile.

I play the mobile game design home that uses Tapjoy to provide in-game benefits in exchange for completing online tasks that generally involve being exposed to advertising. The online tasks are fairly straightforward, but getting the rewards as promised almost never is. I find it difficult to believe that this company has an A rating, as I see most complaints are similar to mine. Effectively, it appears that TapJoy's strategy is to make it takes so much time and effort to claim rewards that people give up and they get the benefit of advertising dollars without compensating people for their time watching the ads or whatever it is they ask people to do in their offers. They have been doing this by making it increasingly more difficult to follow up on missing rewards. Initially it simply required following a link and putting in your associated account email. Then it required a screenshot proving you completed the task. Then it required a screenshot of the initial task which was linked when you clicked the link to follow up on missing rewards. Then it required you to request a verification number via email that expires in 15 minutes. Now it is requiring an offer number which isn't visible anywhere, and a date of transaction. When playing a mobile game, the unwritten rules of screenshotting, verifying via email, and finding offer numbers that aren't readily available, to get the promised rewards are purposely obtuse, difficult and time consuming in a situation that is pretty low stakes so that customers give up and ********************** benefits without any effort to make good on their promises. My concern is less for the specific offers in question and more about the outrageous amounts of time I have to spend if I want to get the rewards I am promised. My time is worth money. My views of their advertising is worth money. Tapjoy is using customers like me to make money in the hopes that we will not require them to give anything in return.Business Response

Tapjoy disabled my account after I submitted the required screenshot for the game Blackjackist. The requirement was to reach level 15, which I completed within a few hours. However, due to Tapjoys slow response, I had already reached level 32 by the time they reviewed my first ticket.After submitting the correct screenshot, an agent named "*****" unfairly disabled my account, claiming my proof was invalidwithout even checking the game. I completed level tasks in ********** to recieve credits in WWE Supercard through the Tapjoy Offerwall. I reached Level 22, 17, 15, 12, and 10 but in every single one of these levels, Tapjoy have failed to reward me. However, I was awarded with early tasks such as registration, ensuring that my app install was attributed for tapjoy to verify my progress. After many discussions with their customer support, they have refused to give me the level 22 and other level rewards even with proof such as screenshots and Tapjoy being able to see/verify my account progress in **********. I filed this complaint because I would like to be fairly rewarded by Tapjoy to gain credits in *** Supercard for completing level 22 (****** credits), 17 (***** credits), 15 (***** credits), 12 (***** credits) and 10 (716 credits) tasks in Ant Legion because I spent a good amount of money to help progress in Ant Legion, believing that my rewards for WWE Supercard would come. Numerous times customer support of ********************** says I haven't met the conditions and violated terms of service, which leads me to believe I've been scammed. I cannot believe that a company can allow you to invest all that time into their "offer" and not make good on the arrangement.
