    On Jan 29, 2023 I started a 6 month subscription to Sensa Health for my depression and anxiety.I paid $59.97, got no billing agreement, and got maybe three months of service.I cancelled my subscription after three months and received no confirmation.On Jul 31, 2023 I was charged $59.97 for another 6 months.I reached out to Sensa Health via email explaining I thought I'd cancelled, and I got no notification that is was to be renewed and no confirmation of the charge at all from them.Sensa Health responded that they would not refund my money but would cancel my subscription.I reached out to Paypal Aug 1, 2023 to file a dispute against the charge.My claim was rejected and the dispute closed Aug 11, 2023.I reached out to Sensa Health again via email. They claimed they could not refund me because my dispute with Paypal was open, which is false.

    Unbeknownst to me a charge was made by Sensa Health in January 2023 of $59.97 to my PayPal account. I was not aware if it and never uploaded the app either. The only reason I became aware was I noticed when they charged me again in July. They have since credited me for the renewal but refuse to refund the January charge. I have corresponded numerous times via email but they flat out refuse. In my last correspondence I notified them that I would be contacting your agency. In addition i Never received any emails back in January or July about the original charge or the renewal charge. (Yes I check my spam folder all the time there was nothing there either.) Thank you for any assistance in this matter. *************************
