    Signed up for a free trial and was charged for a 6-month subscription. I was never notified my account would be set to auto renew. Instead of the initial $60 6-month subscription, I was charged without notice $98 via ******. I did not like nor use the app and it was not as advertised. The subscription renewal was sneaky way to get another bit of money for no service! I highly recommend NOT using ****** with it or letting it link in any way!!

    My Q before purchase re: guarantee (8/31): Hello, I saw somewhere that you have a 28 day refund guarantee period? Could you explain? I'm hesitant to sign up since I'm not sure if it will work for me but I'm trying to be open minded. Their response to question (9/2): Here's the key rule: If you complete 28 days of your plan within a 2-month timeframe and contact us using the same email you used to purchase the plan, we'll issue a full refund. Purchase it and start on 9/3. Finish 28 day program on 10/18.Send email on 10/23 : This wasnt really working for me. I think I need to seek medical care before I think something like this could help me. Could I get my subscription refunded and cancelled? Their response on 10/23: I am sorry that our plan didn't meet your expectations. Is there anything we could do to make it more enjoyable? I would like to inform you that our company follows a no-refund policy unless the product is proven to not be as described or faulty. In such cases, the client must contact our customer support within 14 days of purchase and provide detailed information proving the product's faults (with visual proof attached). I am sorry to inform you that we cannot offer a refund according to our Terms and Conditions. You may find them here: *************************************************************************** response on 10/23: Not what I was told on 9/2. Are you able to look up that ticket? I can forward it if youd like.Their response on 10/23: Please be advised that the 28-day procrastination challenge is a different subscription from the one you have at the moment. Thus it has a different refund policy as well. My latest response re: refund on 10/24: What do I have at the moment if it isn't the 28 day procrastination one? That's literally all I did for the last month and a half. Can you escalate this please? I want a refund.Other info too but exceeds character limit.

    Same as other complaints already filed. This is just a predatory practice of this business. When you try the app for mental health it doesn't tell you that it's going to expire to unsubscribe from it before trial period unlike other reputable apps. Once they charged you they won't reimburse you the money because they state it in their policies. Even when you are asking for the money immediately after they have charged you!!I am going to report them in the app store too! Don't fall for this company!

    Signed up for a free trial, got charged $120. Automatic renewal of $59 came without warning (no emails or app alerts). I blocked the transaction on PayPal, but it somehow still went through. Contacted Sensa the next day to cancel the subscription I didn't know I had, and see about getting my money back, and they said "company policy, blah blah blahyou're not getting your money back".Got this because of an ad targeted at folks seeking to improve mental healthengaging with this company has been a step in the wrong direction.I WANT MY MONEY BACK

    Cancelled subscription through Apple Store and by phone months ago but was still charged for a recurring 6-month subscription and customer service is claiming I didnt give them 48 hour notice and refusing to refund me.

    Don't fall for this scam of a company. They prey upon ************** ADHD people. They sign you up for a reoccurring charge after 6 months and refuse a refund if you don't cancel 48 hours before the charge. There app is horrible with zero reminders. Which makes you not only forget to use the app, which it appears they want, but you forget that you even have it! Horrible company!
