      Dignity Health does a terrible job at protecting the sick. They have dragged their feet MULTIPLE times in the past six months to the degree that my health has suffered. They receive requests from my doctor to do tests, prove medications and then withdraw the approvals leaving me with no option but try phoning them again and again. The recent experience was like this: The doctor ordered the prescription and sent it to Senderra and Senderra did nothing and so Dignity withdrew their approval and did not notify anyone. Dignity did not contact me either. 8 phone calls later : still not approved. The 2nd incident was my doctor ordered an MRI and implicitly stated STAT. Nothing happened and its been months and months.

      Horrible experience, horrible nurses. The phlebotomist couldn't find a vein if her life depended on it and you can see my veins from a mile away. They didn't run any tests on me or give me any answers and now on medical record it says I am a drug addict which I am not. I have nerve damage from the phlebotomist poking around so much.

      This organization is just awful! Some of the doctors are OK, and some are not. If you try to get help, even from your physician, the corporate culture here is pass the ***** it's not my job. The Patient Advocate actually said that to me when I asked for some help regarding insurance and billing. She was just awful and threatening! They use outside vendors for routine blood tests, and the vendor, Quest Diagnostics is absolutely horrible. Don't bother with this mangled health-care facility. Just awful!
