  I haven't heard about any false account bans or terminations outside of the reviews on this site. This platform is not beginner-friendly whatsoever, and everything feels primitive, but if you can get past those hurdles, it's a great platform for more mature users. This is an early example of a metaverse, and it actually feels like its name: a Second Life, as it has a full economy and everything.

  I have yet to have a negative experience with Linden Lab. The customer service **** have always been kind to me. Currently I am waiting to see that something promised (Billing closure) has been followed through on, but as I stated, in almost 15 years, I have been treated with a great deal of respect by LindenLabs.

  Higher ranking Lindens and Moles in positions of power actively abuse and stalk players as way of entertainment. When their side hustle of recruiting and grooming children, with passive tactics, to create adult accounts then exploited into earning Linden Dollars via adult entertainment and objections are attempted to expose or report internally, that sets them off. They do not like to get reports where they are the reported. When harassment is no longer entertaining to them and a threat to their operations are detected they then aggressively attempt to permanently ban players for existing and they spy in social circles, actively bully, attack, and ban anyone they do not like. Players I know and personally witnessed this happening to, builders. They gang up and mentally abuse their residents. I once believed in this company and at one time thought it would be neat to work with them, as a team. I learned everything I could about them when I wasn't learning scripting, mesh building, texturing, animation, physics, and partials. I read the complaints and I see the same patterns that I have personally witnessed. I got out before they could build a history of defamatory behavior that they as predators orchestrate with precision. My advise to any player, investor, partner, contractor or financial institution considering business relations with is to not. If you do you will be involving yourselves in decades of criminal activity. They pretend to battle a problem they created, nurture, and profit from. They make the ******* island look like ******* Don't be fooled by the artistically marketed facade of goodness, charity, education, and innovation which are is fact a platform of *** involving real children, gambling, and fraud. They created the virtual h*** they are addicted to living in and living off of, they are truly without souls. Do not become involved, this is only one of their many hives. Stick with reality. Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

  I have been in secondlife for 16 years and have never had any trouble. I pay for the premium plus membership and it isn't what they advertise.. the "concierge phone service" is useless. All you get for it extra groups and it's just not worth it. They have yet to refund me. Also, Secondlife is a very bigoted place, heavily against Gay men. The forums are abusive to ** and if you defend yourself they ban you. I complained and was banned. ****** *** ***** **** *******.

  This company are full of thieves! I spent over 10 years on my account, with ZERO complaints from any other players. They stole my money and falsely claimed that I was involved in ageplay - when I asked for evidence they told me they werent required to provide any evidence and stole the money I put into my account. They are liars and thieves, theyve robbed me of my 10+ year relationships with friends. I have never been so maliciously accused of something in my life. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

  Linden Lab terminates accounts, many with thousands of dollars in virtual assets, based upon what is said in PRIVATE messages. The employees of Linden Lab actually read your private instant messages and will ban you based on a conversation with another adult. My account was terminated based upon private messages with another adult. There was no public communication. They have no respect for your privacy. Absolute power corrupts, absolutely.
